We love cousins! Today we went to cousins for dinner. Our subs had little to no meat. No mayo. The bread definitely not how it... usually is. The bread fell apart like crumbled. We got cheese curds. The marinara was paste????. And lastly we got 2 cups ofcheese broccoli soup which was watery. Idk what's going on with this place. Definitely won't be returning to this location. Read more

Ordered a ham and provolone with extra portions. Sub had no meat and 2 pieces of cheese. Better Bread Better Subs SUCKS! Arby?s... slogan is what they need to follow! We have the meats! If I want a loaf of bread I?ll go to the bakery. I used to frequentCousins monthly. Now it?s about twice a year and I have to pay extra for what used to be a regular order. Don?t get me wrong,it?s still very delicious but portions are lacking and I?m done eating loaves of bread. Adios Cousin?s , hello Jersey Mike?sand Subway. Read more

Philly cheesesteak came cold, covered in mayo lettuce and some slimy grey onions? No cheese? No peppers? No thank you.

Cousins Subs: This Milwaukee based sub sandwich shop is located throughout the Midwest at more than 100 locations. It was... founded in 1972 by cousins Bill Specht and Jim Sheppard (hence the name Cousins Subs). Today I have their cheesesteak sub thatwas generously provided free of charge by my boss at a work lunch. Cousins' cheesesteak comes with steak, provolone cheese (Isubstituted for American this time), lettuce, onions, tomatoes & salt. Being the cheese man that I am, I decided to try it ontheir parmesan asiago bread. The bread added an extra burst of cheesy flavor (just not the ooey gooey kind) making me glad Iremembered to try it. When heated the bread was soft, thick, and pleasantly chewy. I was given a large portion of steak andthere was plenty of gooey, melty, American cheese to keep me happy. Although it didn?t add flavor, the lettuce did add a nicecrunchy texture along with the onions that were packing some flavor. I enjoyed this enough to consider it one of my favorite goto fast food cheat meals, Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews *Review based on food only (to go order) Read more

Ordered a couple of veggie subs over the weekend online. When I arrived to pick them up, the grill that they cook on looked... disgusting. There was crud and burnt meat all on the sides. The kitchen looked unhealthy. I didn't have much faith in my subbeing edible at that point. When I got home and unwrapped it, there was nasty, slimy spring mix lettuce, a few cucumbers thatwe're also old, some pieces of cheese and no mayo. I took it back for a refund. The kid working there said he was unable to dothat since it's an online order, but he would contact his manager. I will never eat there again and highly recommend nobody elsestep foot into that establishment. I have not heard anything back from the manager, or corporate office after sending themfeedback, so I can only assume that they just don't care. UPDATE: I have tried multiple times to contact them, as well as theweb address they give in the response to my review. They will not get back to me, and I am out of my hard earned money. I willcontact the health department and have them inspected. Don't be surprised if they suddenly close down. UPDATE: They finallycontacted me and refunded me a full refund on the order. Read more

Bread was soggy, and I asked for it toasted...I quess it needs to be extra toasted. I specifically stated that I I would like... fresh curds, and I was assured that they would be. I watched the employee pull them out of the heatlamp warmer 5 minutes beforemy sandwich was completed, and place into the bag. They were definitely not up to par. Just saying... Read more
