Staff here are rude and don?t care about other people at all. Some guy literally yelled at me for touching one of the ice cream... cakes in the freezer. I apologized for not seeing the sign that says please don?t open door and he just rolled his eyes. I alsowent another time and got a chicken tenders basket which came with like 10 fries. I was very confused and figured someonemistakenly forgot to add more fries. Whatever the case was, I didn?t appreciate paying $15 for 4 tenders and a child?s handfulof fries. We went to DQ in Oak Creek and order 2 chocolate cones one dipped. When we received the dipped cone it was vanilla. The guy at... the window took back the cone and made a chocolate dipped cone. When I got to the end of my cone it was vanilla inside the coneso the employee just scrapped off the original vanilla ice cream that he gave me otginally and then topped the cone off withchocolate. How disgusting. That just show you that they don't pay attention to your order and when they get it wrong thecustomer still doesn't get what they want. We went threw the drive threw comunication was terrible! The lady had to get A coworker when I told her I had Coupon for .50... off the blizzard she asked me if something was wrong with the last blizzard that we would get a fryer one I told her 4xs it wasa coupon. For .50 of. Then when I get to the window. They charged me double of what I paid for a dipped cone from last week. Iwas just trying to get clearification. Of what happen. And one of the employees. Told me Gas prices went up,food prices wentup! He was very loud and crasp! Then he said we cant hold up the line, pay or get out! I just had pulled up. Then a big heavyred head screamed at the top of her lungs! For everyone to hear even inside of pick in save. Im not going to argue with you. Payor get out!!!!! I asked g or head quarters number she said she was the owner.... Like WOW. Nut job For the owner! She shouldnot own anything and it shows in her staff. They were extreamly out of line and unprofessinal. Especially for the store owner. Also last summer this Dairy queen messed up my blizzard order. And refused to stand by the policy that was that they advertise.Also the s I called owner screamed dont come back, and slammed the door in my face. I had a six yr old in my back seat that sawthis. And I was suppriesd never expeariance such bad coustomer service! If head quarters allowed this kind of behavior tocustomers shame on you this Dq should be closed or find proper people to run the joint.I am one when I see positive I let amaneger know and suggest a raise. But I cant say anything like this. In the summer on Sundays Ive waited an hour in line. Theycouldn't take a second t I be paitent to answer a question or help me the mini blizzard was for a child. This place is constantly horrible. Decide against my better judgment to go to this DQ again because my son wanted a chocolate... cone. Only had 2 cars in front of us. I took us 30 mins to finally get our cones and they were wrong when I saw mine was wrong Iwas like fine what ever then they got to my sons and it wasn't even a cone it was something else. So then when I decided to saysomething they were like well we read the order back to you. And I was like what 30 minutes ago. Plus I know for a fact they didnot. So I just said whatever told them there service was horrible took what ever they had made for me and left. Felt bad for the6 cars waiting behind me. Not to mention I totally saw them try to hand some of are cones to the people in front of us and theywere like no we didn't order that and they have like no lobby inside so all they mainly ha e is the drive thru. Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake: For Father?s Day this year my Dad wanted a DQ ice cream cake to celebrate. Their cakes are comprised... of primarily vanilla ice cream, with creamy whipped cream, a little chocolate ice cream, and that signature layer of chocolateycrunch pieces and gooey fudge. I?ve eaten more than enough DQ ice cream in my life (little known fact, the Doughboy?s first jobin high school was at DQ), but this cake was still excellent. Husband ordered a 2 cheese deluxe hamburger but there was a long hair melted into the cheese.
