First of all I didn't get my extra dipping sauce that I paid for. $5.00 worth mind you!! Told the delivery driver and he told me... to call the store and they would refund my money. Ok, whatever... So then got in the house, opened my food and it wasn't evenwhat I had ordered!! So now I'm irritated!! Called the store, sat on the phone 1st for 15mins and no one answered, then calledback and sat on the phone for 45mins no answer!! I don't care how busy it is you don't just not answer the phone!! I'm so mad!!!But if I go up there I'll loose my temper!! Plus that's why I paid for delivery!! I didn't want to leave my house!! I will neverever order anything from Dominos ever again and you OWE ME MONEY!! I want my refund for what I didn't get that I paid for andfor the food I didn't order that I got!! Worst service ever!! I ordered a large pizza to be delivered to my hotel room. The delivery person decided to deliver it to a completely different... room. That family ate some of my pizza (see picture) before putting it on the floor outside my door and knocking and leaving itthere. I had my room number both in the "apt/room" section and the delivery instructions. Absolutely ridiculous!!! So I ended upwith less than a whole pizza that other people had their hands on as you can see, and when I tried calling to make sure atminimum they cancel my tip, I can't seem to reach a live person.
