First of all I didn't get my extra dipping sauce that I paid for. $5.00 worth mind you!! Told the delivery driver and he told me... to call the store and they would refund my money. Ok, whatever... So then got in the house, opened my food and it wasn't evenwhat I had ordered!! So now I'm irritated!! Called the store, sat on the phone 1st for 15mins and no one answered, then calledback and sat on the phone for 45mins no answer!! I don't care how busy it is you don't just not answer the phone!! I'm so mad!!!But if I go up there I'll loose my temper!! Plus that's why I paid for delivery!! I didn't want to leave my house!! I will neverever order anything from Dominos ever again and you OWE ME MONEY!! I want my refund for what I didn't get that I paid for andfor the food I didn't order that I got!! Worst service ever!! I ordered a large pizza to be delivered to my hotel room. The delivery person decided to deliver it to a completely different... room. That family ate some of my pizza (see picture) before putting it on the floor outside my door and knocking and leaving itthere. I had my room number both in the "apt/room" section and the delivery instructions. Absolutely ridiculous!!! So I ended upwith less than a whole pizza that other people had their hands on as you can see, and when I tried calling to make sure atminimum they cancel my tip, I can't seem to reach a live person. The pizza arrived just luke warm and very soggy (thin "crisp" type ordered); its customized toppings were incorrect; and this is... far from the first too-expensive bad experience here; but the app assigns this store. Because the manager was said to be in onWednesday July 13, I had planned to call in more feedback then, hoping to influence improvements. But noting the unusually lowGoogle rating here, and reading recent reviews, I'm deeming this restaurant hopeless, not worth any further bother. So instead,I'm quitting ordering from Domino's altogether - so far, other locations, tried on my ways across the country, Midwest andSouthwest, haven't proved significantly better. On the app I requested the fix, which turned out to be far from adequate btw,and after I redeem that freebie, I'll simply delete the Domino's app - done with Domino's. Read more
Two out of the last three times I've gone there my food was overcooked, burnt even, some would say. Another time, I did car side... delivery. Someone in the store stop the timer, as if they brought the pizza out to me and I waited 8 more minutes before I hadto walk in and get it myself. When I mention this to the employees and that I waited longer than the 2 minutes and I wassupposed to get a free pizza they told me I would have to call corporate. They only had 5 toppings no pasta and no sauces but robust. I didn't realize that them running out of supplies would reflect the... quality of the food. I got my pizza that looked like it was under a heat lamp for hours and the extra cheese I ordered wasn'tapplied and the pizza was room temperature. I order from domino's alot as a truck driver and this was the worst pizza I evergot. Read more
I wish this store would let you know when they are out of something, instead of just not giving it to you. Thank you Rick for... going out of your way to get me the mango habanero sauce I requested from a different Domino's.
