This location is a textbook example of poor ownership, poor quality control, and lack of ingredients. Most of the time the same... drink day to day tastes drastically different. Often lacking the key flavor that makes a drink the one ordered. They should bepart of their greeting "Welcome to Dunkin. We are out of skim." It is funny and sad. If skim is out so quickly all the time itsuggests that someone is doing a terrible job of ordering what is needed. Also, they can see a grocery store through theirwindow. Long story short, go to the one on Chicago by the Aldi if you have to have your Dunkin. That location has a far bettertrack record. Read more
I?ve tried this Dunkin many times. Every time, the coffee has a weird taste and food is not cooked. I ordered a pumpkin iced... coffee and it tasted as if someone dumped a whole syrup bottle in it. The coffee is not fresh, tastes like whatever they brew inis moldy or never cleaned. Go to Starbucks down the street, much better. Read more
First I waited over 10 minutes in the lobby when they finally did acknowledge me I asked him about hot cocoa he said he didn't... have any and then he walked away and took orders through the drive-thru even though he didn't ask if there was anything elsenever in my life have I experienced that worst customer service ever Read more

He didn't put my wife's coffee on our order. When she went up to the counter he acknowledged he forgot it, then said he'd be... right back and walked away. Another worker then came over, took her order and then gave her an iced coffee when she had onlysaid coffee. When my wife pointed this out, the woman was rude and eventually made the coffee correctly. Sausage/egg muffin cameon a raw English muffin. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Read more
I was in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. At first I thought they just worked slow here, but when I... finally got to the window I realized there was only ONE woman working. She was working both drive thru and lobby orders the bestshe could. I felt bad about being frustrated at first! She made my drink super good and got both my food items out to me intime. I wish I got her name because she was so nice and so levelheaded - she was working the morning of 8/26. Her working aloneon a Friday morning reflects badly on management and the store owner. Your business is clearly in trouble and the singularemployee working was getting the heat from it which isn't fair at all. If you're short staffed, it's your responsibility as aleader to be stepping in and helping, otherwise you'll continue getting 1 star reviews and people will choose Starbucks overyour store. Read more
Order takes forever. Seats and tables visibly dirty. Given a bagel that was harder than a rock with hardly any cream cheese. Why... have items available that are in no condition to be eaten? We couldn't get a refund on this because we were told the employeesdon't know how to process refunds so we'd have to sit there and wait for management to call. Employees claimed lack oftraining. Lot of stuff we seen is clear example of laziness and zero care. Clueless employees. Management nonexistent. Stay awayfrom this place. Read more
Clean off the brown smears outside on the windows please, the employees are LAZY. The drinks are wrong and honestly taste nasty... the couple times I stopped here . The place is dirty in general, I don?t see many people come here. They?d rather go to theStarbucks near by or the Yofresh across the street, and if you want a nice treat I?d recommend going to either of those fineshops.
