Team is usually quick. I?ve needed to wait only once for an order because of a backlog of orders.
I just want to share how unbelievably helpful this staff was to me, I went in at about 730 pm, and one of the workers was... getting screamed at over the phone, there was only three other people working and they let me know that they were out of breadbut they were cooking some bread as fast as they could, and I kind of figured they were because when I walked in, I couldimmediately smell the fresh bread being baked. although I wasn't able to get my sandwiches until the bread was done baking. Ifelt bad for the workers getting yelled at over the phone, because I heard lots of profanity from the phone and I hope that theworkers don't have to deal with that again. Read more
order on app 9/1/2022 709 pm 6 sandwiches $48. for pick up. 735 pm JJ calls states they ran out of bread, but would be ready in... 1/2 hr more.I called 812pm stated it would be another hour, got mad at ( Speedy Service), they hung up. I called back, spoke toso called manager, who repeatedly lied to me, claimed the food was being made now, when 5 minutes earlier female said would notbe ready for a hr. asked when the owner would be in refused, claimed he was sick i demanded my order be canceled 1 hr 20 minafter be placed and not even started, because they ran out of bread? This is the second time it took 40 mins to get my food. Added kickin ranch and never received it but charged me for it. Called... to get a credit for it and was put on hold for over 5 mins and still holding while I type out this review. 17 bucks for food andtip and I couldn't be more upset. Oh finally got a answer then was told they were really busy could they call me back. Unreal. Iam done with this location!!! Read more
Every time myself or one of my coworkers order lunch from this store it takes between 1 - 3 hours to arrive. I wish I was... exaggerating, but sadly I am not. It doesn't matter what day of the week or what time the order is placed. They are reliablyslow and do not extend the courtesy of at least giving you a heads-up that it is not coming on time despite the app saying it isout for delivery. Today I waited for an hour before I called to ask about my order. I was told that the order is out fordelivery now (I am located 6 mins away). 25 minutes later and still no sign of JJ's, so I called back to cancel my order. I wasassured that the order was truly on its way now and that it was not made over an hour ago so I decided not to cancel. Another 25minutes later (a total of almost 2 hours from when I placed the order) it FINALLY ARRIVES! Contrary to what the person over thephone told me (that the sandwich was fresh), the delivery driver told me that it was old. I do not blame the driver who was verysweet and honest, but I do have an issue with the incorrect information I was given during my 2 phone calls to the store.Whoever I spoke to definitely told me whatever he could to prevent me from cancelling whether or not it was correct. TLDR; Don'torder delivery from this store unless you want to wait 1-3 hours for an old, soggy sandwich. Freaky slow. Read more

It's another sandwich fast food chain however, this store has only let me down once in all the times I've ordered with them.... It's been a lot of sandwiches. Even then it was quickly and easily made right. They are infact quick. Mostly accurate. Aboveall else, yummy. Everyone also seems super nice. Read more
After have a horrible experience at the Holt Jimmy Johns, I was looking for a better location. This place was a great example of... how a business should be ran. Staff food and atmosphere was great. They will see me again. Read more
