Great food and the best part is the amazing staff they have. From their GM Jack and down they truly put their best effort Day in... and out. Shout out to their cashiers and phone staff. I wouldn't consider it deep dish pizza but it is good pizza. On the very pricy end. Good ingredients, good flavor.

We got a large pepperoni pizza, family sized salad, and cheese bread. 15.99 for a pre-bagged salad from the grocery store with... onions and tomatoes added. But it was an old bagged salad. Everything else was good, just wish they never served me this. Read more
Deep dish pepperoni pizza, Buffalo wings, and beef sandwich were SO good. Ordering was easy, plenty of parking and someone came... to my car right away to check me in for my pick up order but that isn?t expected every time i know. Not off to a good start. Saw them at Dog Days event and signed up for the soft opening event. The employees at the event got my... email and told me I would have an email with the invite and details and all I need to do is call and place my order today for aspecial offer. Nothing else. I called today to place the order and was told that I was not on their list for the event. Theysaid they see my email address on the form from the event and I told them I can show them my email I got saying I'm apart of theevent but after talking to a manager they refused my business and told me there's nothing that can be done they can only service200 people today and I will not be helped. I love Lou Malnatis pizza but this was a major shock to me that they couldn't take 1more pizza order for something their employees messed up on by miss informing me. Don't know if I'll even bother ordering fromthem at this point in the future. Plenty of other options around. Read more
it's ok pizza. Over priced in my humble opinion. I'm from Chicago so I love deep dish pizza. The sauce is lacking in flavor. I... personally like more of a sweeter sauce. The sauce isn't really sauce any how more of a diced/crushed tomato base. The garlicbread is always over baked and hard at this location. It's take out only at the oak creek location. Read more
