With only one register in store now you wait forever just to get a drink, it's awful. I went inside because drive thru line was... so long. I'll never do that again. Now if line is long thru drive thru I drive away. Read more

Very slow service has definitely gone down hill chick filets long lines are faster than this McDonald?s short lines? came back a... few months later since it?s so close and convenient to home and the same thing stands. Horrible service drive through and frontcounter. No one is paying attention to u taking your order all they care about is sitting around talking. And then in themorning the two lady?s at the second window are SO RUDE!! As I?m ordering I can hear them Sighing and being impatient whiletaking my order. This is my LAST VISIT to this McDonald?s! Im from Oak Creek and this place was not always like this! 0 out of5-10 stars? actually a negative 100.???? Read more

Came here because I thought it would be kid friendly with play area and all. Kids earned a free small sundae from the library... brought them here to use them, and was told sorry one per visit. I asked ?so you want me go home and bring my kids in one at atime?? Was told that was the policy. Poor leadership. Read more

Absolutely terrible service. They are always extremely rude which is even worse when you?ve wait 30 minutes for 2 mcchickens!!... But today I got the worst of it yet. The GENERAL MANAGER of all things got irritated/rude about the fact that I wanted 8 saucesfor 4 sandwiches and then proceeded to question the fact that I needed that many sauces for my food and say that they usuallycharge for sauces unless people get nuggets in an extremely rude tone. I have no problem paying a couple dollars for somesauces. All he should?ve said was that he was going to have to charge for the sauces. What?s the point of telling me that he issupposed to charge for sauces if you?re not gonna charge me for sauces it makes no sense. At the end of the day I will not bereturning and I won?t recommend anybody else to return to this McDonald?s either Read more

Caramel Brownie McFlurry: The McFlurry was first introduced at McDonald?s in the late 90?s aka my childhood. It is similar to... the DQ Blizzard and Culver?s Concrete Mixer. McDonald?s currently only has two permanent flavors which both involve vanilla softserve and then either Oreo or M&Ms as mix ins. For a limited time the new caramel brownie flavor is now available at U.S.locations. As the name implies it is made up of brownie pieces, caramel topping, and vanilla soft serve. I was impressed by boththe size and flavor of the brownie pieces. They?re relatively large cubes that have a nice soft and chewy texture. The caramelis sweet and thick, while the creamy vanilla soft serve reminds me of the cones I had as a little kid (as it?s the same). I lovecookies & cream, so the Oreo McFlurry will always be my favorite, but this one is a worthy addition to the menu. Doughboyapproved Doughboy_Food_Reviews *On 5/4 (Star Wars Day!) McDonald?s was giving these away for free if you ordered through theirapp. When I went to get mine the app started to glitch right when I got to the restaurant, which was really annoying and made a5 minute trip into nearly 20. Big thanks to my server Ali for remedying the situation with some excellent customer service Read more

Got breakfast ordered via app. Ordered two burritos and a sandwich. Service speed was fast. By the time I got there and clicked... ?here?, they came out within minutes. However the quality of the food was sub par. Biscuit was burnt and the burrito was about40% wrap and 60% food. They also didn?t fulfill the condiment request. I like getting normal meals here but breakfast seems subpar. Read more

Terrible customer service! This location provides terrible service which I attribute to poor management. Drive thru orders are... typically incorrect so I highly recommend checking your order before you leave the drive thru. My latest and probably lastencounter involved my order of a cheeseburger without onions and fries. After checking my order in the drive thru it appeared Ihad both items. However, when I got home my "burger" was incorrect as it came with onions and to my surprise, it had no beef. Idon't think it's possible to make a cheeseburger without beef unless intentional. I went back to get a new burger and the workernot only didn't apologize wrapped my new burger with the wrapper from my burger with no beef I had returned. This lack ofcustomer service has to be very poor management. McDonald's corporate general manager should visit this location especially inthe evening to see how bad this place is. I didn't mention how dirty the interior is either but maybe that will be a futurereview. Read more

Six months later still having the same problem. This time I took a picture of my pink burger. Which is messed up because my... husband ordered a double quarter pounder and his was fully cooked. I don't know what's been going on lately! Terribly slowservice, it was so bad at one point traffic was backed up to the point it reached Starbucks parking lot. No one could get outafter reciving their food. Only using one ordering stop, instead of both. To only get home and my burger was pink! Not evenkidding, I wish I took a picture of it before I had microwaved it. Whomever is training their staff, they need to be retrained. They shouldn't be training during the "rush hours". Read more
