Pizza is always great here, and I have never had an issue. After going in yesterday night, however, I was shocked at the... customer service I received. Absolutely unacceptable. Employees did not acknowledge me for at least 20 minutes (mind you therewas no one in line in front of me.) I also watched my pizza sit out for at least 10 minutes before it was given to me. Employeeswere too busy having their own conversations, laughing and swearing to each other to notice or care about any customers insidethe store! They also messed up someone?s pizza who had been waiting next to me, and proceeded to giggle and laugh when itsplatted to the floor. After she had been waiting just as long as I had! I have worked in the restaurant industry, and am veryunderstanding when it comes to these situations, but it was truly a horrible experience. Hopefully employees can get talked to,and they can fix this, because I do love their pizza and want to support this business. Read more
customer service was badussy. pizza wasn?t even round. Oven way too big and toasty.
The employees were very nice and they seem like they love their job. The food was good but I hated how the pizza was flimsy and... very chewy. Maybe if I would have went with a different kind of crust which it might have made a difference, but I thought thatthin wouldn?t have been a problem. Read more
I love MOD PIZZA, but this was the first time I asked for my money back. I should have walked out when I saw the messy and... disorganized cheese and vegetable bar. The person making my pizza throw everything kind od loveless on where ever it lands, andsometimes just on one spot. I had to give more and more instructions and when I got the pizza it was only baked on one half sideand the dow was uncooked on the other side. When I gave it back first to get it backed longer, the manager asked what iswrong. I just said, give me my money back. What a waste of my time and food resources! Read more
Hands down, one of the worst salads we've ever seen! Someone seriously had to fill this bowl with poor quality lettuce and think... "yeah, it's probably ok". Half was completely inedible with brown lettuce and deteriorating leaves. The pizza was great, butit garlic bread was missing the sauce we selected. Read more

I normally love MOD but I was not satisfied at all today! I got a 11? half cheese, half pepperoni and this is what I got. My... kids ate it regardless, but otherwise I?m not happy. Almost spent $30 here today and only the kids could bare it. The picturedoesn?t do justice! ???? Read more
Horrible customer service!!! For the most part the food has been done properly but after the last few times I?ve been in there... and had rude workers give me and my wife attitude I have decided not to go back. Too bad because this was a good place a coupleyears ago. One lady in particular is so incredibly rude there I?m not sure how she stills has a job. Beware. Giving an extrastar just for the good pizza.
