Usually pretty fast service. The website says they open at 10:30am (like today), but multiple times they don't have food ready... until closer to 11:00am. Not sure what the point of opening at a certain time is if you don't have food to serve. Read more
Website charged me for an extra order, which I did not receive. When I called them, they were unable to refund said order or do... anything about it. When ordering from this Panda Express, I'd recommend going there in person and not using their website,otherwise you might be charged for food you didn't get! Read more
The Oak Creek location is especially convenient for any disabled customer. The East side ramp and the North side handicapped... parking, have been expertly planned. This is the cleanest Panda Express, and the most experience staff of any other locations inthe area. Read more
My kids & I LOVE Chinese food.. it is just a shame that I feel that, ? 1. What you pay here definitely isn?t worth what you... get.. that is when you actually get what you want? 2. Most EVERY TIME I have gone here they are out of 2 of the 3 things wewant..! and 3.. is not very often can you get the rice cooked right.. it seems to be either to hard or to soft? Came here and they are closed early. They are supposed to be open until 9:30 pm online and we show up before 9 and everything is... closed down. This is horrible service and I always seem to have problems getting dishes from this location in oak Creek becausethey are always "out" of almost everything. And the food you do get is usually old and doesn't taste fresh. Read more
My wife and I ate one chair. Couple weeks ago excellent food very good Chinese food I was actually surprised because usually... fast food anyting you can use the inspect to take a quality hit. But this place was very good the prices but averaged 20 to $25for two people depending on what you get for they do give you a lot of food for that 20 to 25 bucks. I go to this panda express once or twice a week on my lunch break. It's usually good service and good food. The snow is coming... down today and I ordered chow mein and brocoli beef in a panda bowl. I got maybe....4 fork falls of chow mein. 10 bucks for themeal and I got like half of what I usually get. very disappointed. I shouldn't have to check my food or speak up that theyaren't giving me enough. Read more
