Sometime ago I got a large order and they messed it up when clearly I said no mushrooms since some of the family is allergic to... it and they ended up putting mushrooms in my pizza regardless. To top if off they forgot the the most expensive pizza ????.Went back to the store picked up another pizza and was soggy. Called regional manager and they resolved the issue. Recently,last week I place an order online and when I go pick it up the don't accept a bill of $100 for a large order. No where in thewebsite says they don't accept large bills. I know, seems petty but you guys operate all day meaning you could have accepted my$100. THIS IS STILL MONEY!!! Anyways, the "manager" at that time couldn't even keep a straight face nor look at me. This placehas so much potential. I've ordered many times before the last two orders and it's been good. I love Papa John's but you guysgot the wrong crew there. There's this one guy who is always ready to pick a fight with anyone. Anyways I'm not orderinganything from there unless there's better people in there that actually care about customers. Read more
Ordered a pizza online, originally for 6, had to move it to 6:30. Tried calling at 6:45 for an update, was on hold for more that... 15 minutes. Tried calling back, was phone was answered, was told to hold, then hung up on not once, but twice. Was charged butorder doesn't show up on app for tracking. It's now 7:15 and still have no clue where my order is nor the update. Never againwasting my money here. After trick or treating, kids were hungry and sleepy. Order 3 topping pizzas. This one looks like they only put cheese on half. Not to mention the topping, lack of meat and green... peppers could be smaller and distributed better. Papa John's used to be my favorite. Not anymore. Read more
They have the best pizza ever. I don't even bother getting pizza from other places. So good, even the crust is amazing... especially with the garlic dipping sauce. I also never really have issues with ordering or pickup. Read more
Trash place to order from. Customer service is non existent. Ordered pizza at 9:28pm and it said 41-51 minutes. It's now 11:10... and I've called the store multiple times and no one will answer. After reading other reviews it sounds like I will not begetting my dinner tonight. How can you screw something up as simple as a pizza delivery???? Update- Pizza never came. Calledthe store today they said they had voided my order but no one ever reached out to say they voided it. Seems like the first thingyou'd do if you canceled someone's order. Also offered nothing for compensation. Will never go here again. Read more
Really got to figure out how to package garlic parmesan breadsticks for delivery so that the breadsticks don't arrive in a Box... soaked in garlic butter. Tried to call the store put immediately on hold and sat there for 10 minutes. No one ever came to thephone. Read more
Excellent customer service! Dan and Ricardo are awesome. Not only did they make great pizza, they were very friendly and... accommodating during our short wait on a Friday Night. Dan went above and beyond as he personally brought the pizza to ourcar. We?ll definitely be back again soon! Read more
I don't appreciate being told to tip to drivers. When I tip to a driver they should not say "You know we dont receive the... delivery fee". When someone says that to me you're basically telling me I didn't tip enough. Not to be rude but if you have anissue with the tip then find a new job. Also papa John's should either pay their employees a good compensation or teach them notto harass the customers because things can get ugly. Read more
