Used to love coming here. Today I went in to get a pizza for lunch and has a very uncomfortable and poor experience. When I... walked in I was not greeted, person came out of the back with a scowl on their face and went to the register, still hasn?t saida word to me. When asking questions she was very short and seemed like I was bothering the heck out of her. Made me feel like Iwas putting her out. I am in the industry so it was just generally off putting. You can never go wrong with a Papa Murphy?s pizza which is why the review receives 3 stars- customer service 1 star!! The last... few orders at this location have been worse than the last. The most recent tops the cake and will end our journey ordering inOak Creek which sucks because the pizza is great and location very convenient however the service gets worse each time. We putan online order for 21in pizza and mini pizza, shortly after order placed I received a phone call, attempted to call back threetimes with no answer. Drove to store to investigate further, when entering there were four young employees closing down thestore at 5:30 pm on a Friday. The music was blaring which made it clear why they didn?t pick up at my three failed attempts toconnect. I was told that they had no dough to make a mini pizza or 21 in and left with a blank stare by the employee. Nosuggestions or recommendations. No dough?as you can imagine I was pretty surprised -it is a pizza joint and still an hour nhalf till closing time-what do you mean you have no dough left. I requested to make a pizza with what dough size they had left.The employee didn?t offer to issue a refund to accommodate the order change. As I waited I watched 5 customers come in, receivepoor customer service and turned away with no explanation to closing early, just we aren?t taking orders anymore. As I wasleaving , disappointed with my experience I watched a woman walk in to pick up her online order. She was left puzzled when itwasn?t on the pick up order section, she asked a staff member where her pizza was. His response ?I don?t know? and walked away.I didn?t stay to see how it turned out but apparently customer service is not high on the priority list for this locationanymore. What a disappointment! I ordered 5 of their largest pizzas, in and out in under 10 minutes. Very impressed with the speed and great service!

We try to not miss coming here on Tuesdays for the special price & same great service & yummy pizza.

Pizza is great (ordered the cowboy), customer service eh..not so much. I understand we all have bad days, maybe today was a bad... day for the lady working there. Read more

I will not return to this location! The owners son is a big mouth rude child who thinks he knows everything! Worst experience... here ever!! Ordered extra toppings, didn?t get them and when I asked about it is when I got a rude, big mouth out of him.Hopefully the owner learns to control her big mouth kid before he ruins her business! Great food, interesting pickup experience. When I placed my order online it said to pickup at 6:50 which was fine as store... closed at 7pm. I was there at 6:53p and the signs were all off, doors locked, and the employees were cleaning up. I knocked andthe young man shook his head no at me. I yelled through the glass that I'd like my pizza ordered online and fully paid for or arefund before I left. He nodded, unlocked the door and handed me my pizza. Food 5 stars, service 1. I don't ever post 1 starreviews as this is a small business in difficult employment times but I'm my experience the store closes when the sign states,especially for a take and bake. Read more
