Out of the paid parking i was the only one that paid. They dont check it. That is stealing.from the company to add to there own.... They dont care where they work at. Pilot needs to replace the workers. Read more

Clean shower, fresh coffee and great customer service ?
Shower could use some TLC but the pressure and temperature were just right. I did not want to leave once the water hit my skin.
I've been to better Pilots where it actually shows that the employees care. The fountain area was not so clean. When I got to my... shower it wasn't all the way clean. The hand washing soap was empty, the toilet was loose on the floor and it has a hair linecrack on it. You can actually see it. I took pictures. This toilet is dangerous to sit on and they just ignore it. I know I justbecame a truck driver, my previous job service plumber for 22 years. When I walked into the bathroom it wasn't clean because itstill smelled like the previous man's cologne. Everything read dry except the shower. They never cleaned just put towels in it.Here's an update after I showered I saw holes in the walls and my bathroom flooded because it wasn't tiled correctly. The holesin the shower will allow water inside and create mold. I took more pictures. Even the shower curtain was nasty, has molded andmildew on it. I guess the manager has no cleaning policies or implants the employees to do their job. Isn't everyone gettingpaid to do their job. Read more
this place is ridiculous not to mention 90% of the workers there are completely disrespectful. I've had one goodtime there... despite going there nearly every day. The subway employees are passive aggressive and in the pilot side i always manage to catchan argument between a cashier and customer. Read more
