Two people working on Saturday. They had quite the line of people waiting to order, as well as people coming in to pickup... online/mobile orders. Both people just kept filling orders and were still courteous and professional. I saw a person picking upan order for a service such as Uber Eats or Door Dash, who seemed to be oblivious to all the people waiting for orders and/or toorder. She went up to one of the people trying to fill orders, showed her phone to him, he said something to her, then askedothers, that were there before her, names for their orders. They filled quite a few orders during the 1/2 hour -45 minutes Iwas there. Neither one of them loosing their cool. Both remained pleasant. Read more
I stopped going to this location because my PRE PAID, CALL IN, PICKUP orders are/were ALWAYS wrong! They've even been so brave... as to forget to add my Protein to my burrito. Not once.. but THREE TIMES!!! Call to complain and it's met with attitudes from"management". If I paid for meat, I think I should receive it, common sense stuff here. Keto Friendly Option... but never have the items in stock, so it's often a waste of time. Staff are very lenient on the quality... of their food in general, came with a friend who was disappointed with how undercooked the steak was. Not sure if they'reunderstaffed or just incredibly lax about things in general, but everything sums up into a very unwelcoming experience. Read more
Great food however the customer service is terrible. We spent 40 dollars on food ordering online, and they waited until we... arrived to tell us they basically didn't have anything for meat left. I wasn't happy, but I get it. The part that bothers me isthat they told me I would receive a refund in 3 days for the food and it has been 12 days. I tried calling the store and theywon't pick up. Tried looking for a corporate number but they don't offer one. The only thing I was able to get through to wastheir gift card services, which thankfully she finally gave me a number to call. All I want is my money back but they make itimpossible to get a hold of anyone. Guess I won't be going back. Read more
This is so disappointing! I have ordered from QDOBA before in the past and it was pretty good. However, this time.. I don't know... if it's the location or if they just don't care anymore. I ordered chicken street tacos, a ground beef hard taco and lime rice.Online order was picked up as soon as it was made and all of it was not only a big mess but cold except for the rice and thatwas maybe room temperature. There was maybe a teaspoon of meat in each one and all of the bottoms fell apart. Definitely don'trecommend this one. Read more
Sam took our order and was very sweet and hardworking. They were the only one that seemed to be working in the place, running... around and filling the bins and making online orders as well as the customer orders in the building. The manager was standing atthe checkout chatting with another guest and Sam had to ask him to ring us out. Another girl just seemed to be walking around.Over all the food was good, but Sam is an amazing asset. i see them every time I come in and they always have a smile on theirface and is very nice. Pretty standard Qdoba. I've been here twice now and how much food you get seems to depend upon who is working. I like the mini... bowls but only if they're packed pretty full, since the portions are inconsistent I feel like I'm more likely to order a fullsize bowl even though when those are properly filled those are too much food for me. The location where I used to liveconsistently gave a full bowl everytime so it was easier to know which size to order depending upon how hungry I was. Read more
