OC store on Drexel was so nice & friendly. Fast too! Sad they were out of peppermint, so we got a different holiday drink.
Sitting in this Starbucks at 5:30 AM while a loved one is having surgery across the street and Starbucks is blaring agitating... music. Folks sitting at tables with laptops; Starbucks would think to be considerate enough to play softer, soothing music; butno, metal music mixed with rap seems to just fine - at least lower the damn volume! Stopped in only because someone gave me a gift card. I looked at the snacks they had and thought the lemon pound cake looked... good, (and it was) so I got 2 pieces. I was expecting them to cut a couple pieces From a fresh loaf. Nope, the lady grabbed 2pre- packaged slices, opened them and put them in seperate bags. Okay, so they don't make some things fresh at the Stores, not abig deal. what irritated me, was that the display piece was about 1 3/4" Thick, but the 2 bieces I was given were only about 3/4inches thick - looked like a bait and switch to me. Although the pound cake was good, the tiny pieces they gave me (versus thedisplay), were not worth $3.75 P/slice. If you're worried That what you charge for something is too much that you have tomislead a consumer by displaying a larger piece than what you actually Sell, Maybe you're charging too much. Read more
Had a gift card so my husband and I decided to order breakfast sandwiches. The young lady making the sandwiches didn't even call... out our name when the food was done so our food had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes!!!! Why did they even ask us forour names if they weren't going to call it out when the order was ready!!?? Read more

I was having a very busy, very long day and I didn't have time for a real break traveling to another location for work so I... stopped by for a snack, drink, and a pup cup for my dog who comes to work with me. I forgot I needed two gift cards andapologized to the girl for adding them on at the payment window explaining it had been a really long day, and as she was handingme my order she also handed me a positive note. Absolutely disgusted by the way the employees treat some customers. I can?t even believe that a starbucks location would allow... such behavior and employees to be part of their business. So greatly disappointed. Read more
