I call at the last minute and asked if I could order from the catering section for my grandson birthday as that is what he... requested, but I needed it for the next day. The gentleman said sure it would be no problem. I was very impressed. I askedfor the veggies and sauces to be put on the side. They had the veggies, which all looked fresh in a box with a container insidewith individual sections for all the veggies (also included tongs) and the sauces in individual containers as I requested. Otherboxes had the subs I requested and marked what they were and bagged in a very nice handled big bag. Everybody enjoyed them atthe party. I will definitely order from the Oak Creek Subway again. This Subway does not accept any Subway coupons. We did not stay, bad odor inside
The guy behind the counter was rather slow but I could deal with that, what happened next was an issue. I had a gift card that... he didn?t apply to my balance. Apparently if you don?t have enough for the full payment they have no idea how to apply it. Notonly was that a load of mess it was his response that was the worse. Instead of explaining or excepting his error he tried beingdismissive and rude and disrespectful. I will never visit this location again..if I could give 1/2 star I would. Read more
I don't think that they could of put the meat on my sandwich any thiner if they tried. This location does not honor any coupons... either. Drive a mile or two to another subway to another location. Read more
Worst subway I?ve ever been to. Every single time we order on the app they call us to inform us they?re out of bread. Once they... were out of the bread of our choice so they changed it to wheat bread without even calling or asking us. They?re always closingbefore closing time. 2-3 times we went 20-30 minutes before closing time the shop owner locks the store and tells us they?reclosing early because they ran out of the supplies. The worst subway I've ever had th displeasure of visiting. Poor customer service with a disgusting lack of hygiene imnthe entire... building. Every table and seat is dirty and sticky. The bathroom was covered in urine and the sink was clogged and nearlyoverflown. The Mexican restraint next door is a far better choice I wish I would've made. Read more
