The food was alright for Taco Bell...sometimes really fresh other times not so much. I would had given a higher rating except... that it is very rare to get a decent and polite employee taking your order. The mild sauce no matter how many times requestedtends to be forgotten 99% of the time. I now stay in line to check absolutely everything b4 pulling off ...kind of irritatingbut closest location to me and my children love the nacho fries! These need to remain a menu staple! I went to Taco Bell on Howell Ave in Oak Creek this week at noon. I have to say the staff inside was extremely busy and hustling... like nobody's business. There were only 3 people working and a 4th one came in about 10 minutes later. One guy was takingdrive-through orders, pickups, doordash and regular people coming into the restaurant. In the 20 mins I was waiting, I wasimpressed by how they were hustling and remaining friendly with the customers. We'll definitely be back! Read more
This Taco Bell restaurant has always been great to my wife and I. I always get the same item, the Nacho Cheese Dorito Loco taco.... It is always full and packed with ingredients. The substitution I get be point aka accurate. 5 stars. One of the best! Read more
I had a Man at the drive through that made me feel as if I owned the place and he wanted to make sure that I had everything that... I needed! This is the kind of person who needs to be recognized for his everyday values of customer service. And as soon as Igot home even before I ate my dinner I fired off a email to corporate about this gentleman and how important it was for them toget their cushy a--'s down to the Oak Creek store and do everything that they can to keep and promote him to a upper managementlevel. Someone younger who wants to help make your day a little better and easier and no having his hand out expecting a bigtip. Read more
They forgot one of my wife and I's burritos. Did not give us a receipt. We had to wait in line almost 10 minutes to fix the... order because the lobby was locked and no one would answer the phone. To top it off, nothing was offered to make up for waitingfor their mistake. Absolutely poor customer service. Read more
Any time you order between 6-9pm, expect to wait at least 30 mins or over an hour like we did today. They didn?t even... acknowledge us at the order box today despite us waiting quite a while and saying hello, so we had to queue our order at thewindow. They always have people blocking parking lot traffic unnecessarily because they leave you waiting at the order box untilyour food is ready before they have you to pull forward. It has been this bad for over a year, but the one in Franklin was worse(food quality and order accuracy always terrible) so we still come back because we love Taco Bell ???? Guess we only haveourselves to blame for our frustration, but come on. You can do better than this! Read more
Food is good and a good value, but if taking away (drive-through or pickup) be sure to check your order before you leave. We got... home and were missing a chalupa, a side of chips and cheese, and a side of cinnamon twists.
