The reason I don?t give this a 5 star is only because by 8:20pm that I arrived the chairs were already put up meaning that I... wasn?t able to sit and wait for my order, which there were several us just standing around. I think it?s only right that if itsays that they close at 9pm you should be able to enjoy your meal there until 9pm, however the smoothies are really deliciousand made right. Read more
This place is Legit. They are always kind to me. Not only do I enjoy their healthy menu items, I love their customer service.... For example, I ordered a Caesar Salad Chicken Wrap (AMAZING choice by the way) without tomatoes and when I was eating my lunchat work, I realized they added tomatoes to my wrap. It was such a inconvenience, so I called and explained what happened. Thelady on the phone was very respectable, she listened and gave me options on how I could handle the situation. Later on when Iwent back to Tropical to pick up my wrap they messed up, not only did they remake my wrap, they remade my entire order free ofcost. Thank you Tropical for such a great experience. Their smoothies are sooo good. I get a smoothie from them just about every day along with their chicken caprese sandwich or... chicken pesto flatbread. Their sandwiches always come out fresh and the chicken is never dry. Definitely a go-to spot for aneasy meal on the healthier side. Read more
Prompt service and great food. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap and triple berry pat smoothie that also included a bag of chips... for $12. Food was good and smoothie was HUGE! Since the beginning of time, smoothies have been the backbone of the working class. Tropical Smoothie is the one staple that... keeps society going. Without this location in Oak Creek, the state of Wisconsin would seize to exist. It isn't just a smoothiein a cup, but a reminder to enjoy the smaller things in life. In this review we will be talking about the Service, Food and howit compares to other joints. First, we look at their service and what makes it so amazing. You are in and out within minutes,even when there are a lot of people and a lot of orders (based on the number of receipts I see) they are able to work in atimely manner to fulfill my order, and always get it right. Jim really has his crew in tip top shape, I have never been in aTropical Smoothie that is this amazing. They don't have a drive thru, which I prefer actually because I have to look at the menuand not be rushed by the 'Soccer Mom' behind me. You can take a good look at the menu and cater towards your heartsdesires. Next, we look into the Food/Smoothie aspect. I have gotten tropical smoothie a hundred times before, and this locationmakes their smoothies the best. They are soo good every time, that I drive out of my way and past a different tropical smoothiejust to go to this one. If you like simple smoothies, I find that you can never go wrong with a jetty punch (Strawberry andBanana). Looking for something simple and but with a little more flavor I'd recommend the Paradise Point (Strawberry, Banana &Pineapple) or a Sunrise Sunset (Strawberry, Pineapple, Mango & Orange Juice). If you like chocolate, can never go wrong with aPeanut Butter Cup Smoothie (Banana, Chocolate and PB). Those are my recommendations, try them all!
