Employees get mad for doing their job. Terrible service, needs urgent improvement. I recommend to not go to this location.
Food was ok. Didn't taste fresh like other Wendy's chains I've been to.
What a mess. The entire experience is incredibly lacking. Five minutes standing there with no one taking orders and only 2 other... customers in the restaurant. The bathroom was disgusting as well. I would be more understanding if it were busy but this left alot to be desired. I have to wonder where the manager was the entire time. The food was terrible, the hamburger bun was cold,the meat was warm at best and the cheese didn't even melt. The fries were cold, stale and some burnt. Read more
I'm amazed how fast the drive through is. Jokingly, it's like you don't even have to completely stop to get your food. The only... way they could improve the drive in speed is if they had a basket to throw your money into, toss your food in your vehiclewithout stopping. Also, Good Quality food. Fresh, and Hot. Fast service, the manager billy went above and beyond to make sure our sandwiches were fresh and hot, everything was quick,... dinning area was super clean and so was the woman's restroom I was told to add that, but yes great, kind and fast service! Read more
Food and service were great. Don't use the bathroom if you're a guy. The urinal is so low to the floor that there was pee all... over the floor from everyone. It was pretty gross. I was gonna tell the manager but I was in a hurry. Read more
This place was pretty good as food was fresh but pretty much just thrown together. It just needs to be maintained better as... carpet is well worn and starting to smell. Ceiling has a lot of brown stains from water damage. No doubt roof needs somework. Old guy working the till did not have a Wendy's uniform on , so will assume he might be a manager, but my guess would bethe owner. Location works, just needs some things repaired or redone. Read more
Who knew building a drive-thru was going to take this long to get your food I thought it drive-thru was supposed to be pretty... quick this place takes forever to get you your food and it's been this way for a while now so if you do plan on coming here justgive yourself at least 40 minutes for drive-thru Read more
