Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a large chocolate shake and three scoops of butter pecan ice cream. I got home... and tried the ice cream and it was not butter pecan, it tasted like someone poured coffee in the ice cream. I tried calling thestore, they never picked up the phone and the phone number is to a cellphone which the voicemail is not set up. I will never goto this baskin ribin again. Read more

I've had several customer service issues with this location, in particular with the over night shift worker Pablo D. When I ask... for management information or corporate contact to address the issue, the employees seem to become incompetent of customerservice resolution procedures. This is a 24 hour location, but the food/product available and quality varies significantlydepending on what time you visit and who's working. Me and my family has been loyal customers to this company for years and it'ssad to see lack of great customer service which will lead to lost of business. Read more
