This was my favorite taco spot. However, my last order was horrible. I ordered 2 fish tacos with fresh jalapeños. By the time I... got home my food was cold, there was not warmth coming from the tacos. I live 5 mins was the restaurant. My fish was so cold Icouldn't believe it they also had jalapeños from the jar on my tacos. It was late at night so I didn't take the food back. Iwas very disappointed. Read more

Let me start by saying I?ve ordered from this place and have never been disappointed??.. until now! The rude girl that worked... the front desk who is clearly trying to be someone she is not had a huge attitude right from the second I placed the order.Whatever, I paid her no attention and ordered my food. My wife picked the order up and brought it home. Needless to say, wewere given someone else?s order. I called Ms. attitude girl and she had the nerve to blame it on my wife that it was herfault!!!! Wait what????? Then she says ?well yeah she came in and didn?t even look at the menu and just took the bag that Ihanded her???. Again?..what????? Why would anyone look at the flipping menu when you placed the order already??????Furthermore?.. she handed her the bag!!!!!! So now she proceeds to tell me my bag is still sitting there to bring back the foodand get it and it was the same price anyways!!!! Are you kidding me????Very disappointed!!!!!! Extremely poor customer service.Do you just hire ANYBODY off the street????? I just spent $45 on food that wasn?t even mine along with an attitude from amiserable person who isn?t capable of practicing customer service. I am absolutely furious! Read more

Mike (the owner) catered my husbands entire birthday party back in March. The food was excellent and my guests had nothing but... good things to say about the quantity, the taste and presentation of the food. I was happy, my husband was happy and I willdefinitely cater from here again. I must addy- I never buy chicken taco meat from restaurants because it?s never flavorful orseasoned well. I was definitely impressed with the Chicken taco meat from El Burrito Rey!!! Don?t get me wrong, everything wasdelicious. Mike was very nice and is eager to please his customers. Looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food?!! Well look no further, this is the place? I promise. My boyfriend and I have... officially added El Burrito Rey to our ?list? of regular places we order from and we crave it all the time! I could eat anentire bowl of their Mexican rice it?s so good. The beef tacos with onion & cilantro are to die for and the 3 taco dinner is mygo to order. Generous portions & fair prices make it even better. Ordered food. Asked to use the bathroom and was told no. It was 4 degrees out and had to find another place to go to the... bathroom. Food - steak taco was good, horchata good. Steak burrito was not Steak! It was ground beef. Tried the weird soundingjerk shrimp taco and each bite was like biting straight salt. Would?ve gave them 5 stars because the tacos are delicious. But, I?m NOT Satisfied about the fact if you?re purchasing 4 tacos... why would you only give me 1 hot sauce? They will give you multiple mild sauces but only 1 hot & if you ask for extra they getattitude. Make it make sense! & on top of that they?re cheating you with the hot sauce because the cup is only half full. Read more
