WARNING! If you are looking for the worse customer service in the fast food industry. This is the place you want to go to. They... have short young Hispanic girl that works there. You tell her that a mistake has been made with your order. She fixed the issueby talking down to you, basically calling you a liar and the finishing touches. She throws the food at you. July 6, 2022, and maybe the going is a rough here at McDonald's? First, drive up was slower than normal. A single car ahead of... me. 2. No receipt was given or offered. 3. Got home, a 1/4 mile away and the food was luke warm. Coffee hot, but no 4 sugars Irequested! Again, we all have have an "off day." Hopefully this was that day for this McDonald's location. Read more
This is one of the McDonald's I'm grateful opened back up to 24 hrs. The one closer to my house in Midlothian is 24 hrs as well,... but they are ALWAYS having some sort of issue. Not worth the hassle. The staff here have ALWAYS been courteous and swift. Mydrive-thru code from their app (download it... so many savings and points add up quickly) wasn't working, but they were able toprocess it manually. I also deliver door dash and I've never had an issue with this location. Read more
Very good hot food. The people were very nice. But the drive through was so crowded. It took forever.
