I gave 2 stars because their food is always really good WHEN we are able to eat there. Love the food! I would of rated a 5 star... if it wasn't for the fact that the last 2 times I went there, drove a good 45 mins away twice already and got sent away by thelady at the front cashier. I called both times before I drove there to make sure we was going to be able to dine in and she saidyes , we got there and a lady said they aren't excepting anymore orders and sent us out.. very disappointed with the customerservice and communication!! ???? Great food at a good price. Service was a little slow, but once we sat down, our waitress was very good. You might want to bring... a jacket if you are cold blooded, the air works really well in here. Read more
Food was good, but eggs were way under cooked. They needed a good busboy (guy in blue shirt went on break?) as photos showed... lack of which caused people to wait to be seated. Endless breakfast took over an hour to get 4 pancakes. Good waitress but sheneeded more help from kitchen & bus boy. It's a truck stop Dennys. Read more
Went in after a long day driving. Ordered the salmon with 2 sides of zucchini. After waiting 25 minutes for food. The below... picture is what I was served. Then my waitress hid in the back and after about 10 minutes I was able to get the night managersattention. She offered to remake my food but I had already waited quite a while. Dennys has just gone down hill as a company andit?s highly unlikely I will be stopping here again. Read more
My husband and myself came with our daughter we waited over 20 minutes for someone to even come get our order for drinks? then... we ordered waited 1 hour for our food the waitress never asked if we wanted refills or if everything was good or to even informus that our food was on the way. This morning I arrived to Denny's with my family at 9:50am. The waitress takes our order, brings our drinks, came to our table a... total of 3 times. After 1 hour of waiting, she tells me that she lost our ticket and we had to reorder. She didn't apologize,and got an actitud when I called for the manager. Nothing was resolved with the manager, we wasted our time and their actitudwas very rude and unprofessional for a place of business. Read more
Once again, Denny?s in Oak Grove, KY was the ideal place to eat and enjoy Jeopardy & Family Feud. They keep the TVs tuned to... either sports or good, clean family shows. Since breakfast is served all day, I thoroughly enjoyed the cinnamon roll pancakes.With the cream cheese drizzle, no syrup is needed! I flipped my top pancake over so it coats both pancakes. It comes with 2 eggscooked to order, hash browns snd bacon or sausage. I chose bacon & it was just the right crispiness! The eggs were just as Iordered, whites cooked & yolks runny. My husband loves their burgers. Lots of toppings and condiments. It was juicy & verytasty. Of course, we shared a dessert! Can you guess which one? The staff is very friendly & attentive. There were only two wait staff. On the side we were set the waitress did not acknowledge our presence or the other table of... two. There was one table of five that she may have acknowledged. We were seated and waited 30 minutes before we left and wentto another restaurant. Read more
