Fairly decent pizza. I usually call for pick up so can't speak on delivery. Price is good. Usually get 2 large pizzas, 2 orders... of cheesey sticks and a 2 liter for $40 Toppings are a little lacking, seems like they could put more of whatever topping youask for on the pizza. We usually love this place and brag about how good the pizza was but last night the customer service and pizza was horrible. We... ordered wings and pizza. The delivery driver brought us the wings but forgot the pizza and said he'd be back with the pizza, the wings were gross and Luke warm, it took him 45 minutes to bring the pizza back and we live 7 minutes away from the store.Pizza was barely warm and tasted like it was in a warmer for hours which I don't doubt seeing as we placed the future orderhours in advance. The $7.99 two topping large pizza special was tasty. Luigi's should bottle and sell their red marinara sauce, it's that good... . We decided on mushroom and smoked bacon as our two toppings from their online menu. When we arrived at Oak Grove to orderour pie we were told they didn't have smoked bacon so ham was substituted. The wife also ordered a side salad. Luigi's saladsneed a lot of work. It looked like they use yellow iceberg lettuce. The wife said the lettuce tasted bitter. Words of wisdomleave the salads alone. So much better than any of the national chain outlets nearby. Custom orders aren't cheap but you definitely get what you pay... for. Their pizza bowls are a great carb-conscious option. They don't skimp on anything as far as I could tell. Read more

Nothing like being told it will take 55 minutes to an hour for delivery, but it really takes and 1.5 or 2.5 hours. Of course... when you call they tell you the driver is in route, only to the wait another 30 minutes. If you want to religiously getextended delivery time and cold pizza this is the place for you. On the bright side the pizza is decent and they deliver onpost. Be sure to preheat your oven so you can warm your food up when it arrives cold. Read more
