Eat from here verry often because of work. All ways under staffed and the little people they have working for them will mess up... your order, even been over charged, and today used rewards points they took from me for an item deducting 3500 points to havethem say it didn't work when the app deducted them And the manager told me I had to pay with cash anyway. I?m on a road trip pressed for time and I?m sitting at the drive-thru, where I?ve been for 20 minutes. I can?t change my mind... and get out of line b/c I?m trapped by the curb on both sides and cars behind me. There has been no car at the drive-thru windowfor over 5 minutes, yet we haven?t moved. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, what I received was actually a cheese burger placed on a quarter pounder bun, the... cheese wasn't even melted, very disappointed ????. Ive tried this location a few times hoping it would get better but it's absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The... last straw before this review was I sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins only 4 cars in front of me. When I finally got to thewindow the lady took my card to pay and walked away and didn't give it back for over 5 mins. I saw her walk an order out to thecar they had pull up and wait. When she finally gets back, I ask where did you take my card and why would you walk off withoutscanning and giving it right back? Her reply was I left it in the machine. I finally get my food which after 39 mins I assumedit would be fresh. Nope cold sausage mcmuffins. I asked for extra Caramel drizzle on my Caramel Mocha. Nope. No Caramel drizzlewas even added. I asked hey I asked for extra Caramel drizzle, why would you not even add drizzle on there and she just lookedat me like I had asked her to cure cancer. No reply at all. Their system was down so could not order food at the counter had to use the kiosk and it was confusing.
