An hour after I placed my order I called to check on it. I was told it was delivered. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong g... apartment. Then they assumed I just wanted to wait 30-40 for them to try and deliver another. No, I don't want to pay $50 for apizza was that takes an hour and 40 minutes. They wouldn't discount my pizza or anything. They were more willing to refund mymoney and not bring me anything. I would have been happy if they said my 2 liter was on the house. We order a lot of food, we prolly spent 2k a year just in food from this papa johns. It?s been pretty decent until tonight. The... young lady refused to hear my complaint and when she hung up on me she refused to give me her name so I could follow up. I keptcalling back till she picked up again and stated that SHE Was a manager!! The nerve of a manager talking to a paying customerespecially one that?s paid so much it?s unbearable and I will NEVER order from this store again. I will encourage my 60k+Followers to do the same. If you?re in the area stick with dominos or give Luigi?s a try, they are good. Read more
Ordered a pizza, they quoted me 30 minutes. I managed to drive to the pizza hut in Clarksville and back. I checked after 45... minutes and it wasn't ready, 1 hour and it wasn't ready. At 45 minutes they told me it was going in the oven now, at 1 hour theytold me it would be another 10 minutes. Read more
I ordered through the appand had my husband pick it up at a certain time and the ???? pizza was still hot. I especially enjoyed... the bland crust dipped in the spicy garlic sauce. The Parmesan and special seasoning packets added extra flavoring to the phillyand pepperoni pizza meat toppings. Read more

Will never order from here again. It wasnt so much the food, it was the delivery driver. I got a text saying my order was out... for delivery at 530. It wasnt delivered until 625. My location was only 3 miles away. The food was cold by the time we got it.So disappointing! Had I known ahead of time that they use door dash, I would have never had it delivered. Learned my lesson andthere wont be a next time. I watched the driver drive around randomly for over 45 minutes, and then he wouldn't bring it to thedoor. I ordered from this one yesterday, the only thing me and my family ate. Today we woke up and ended up having food poisoning. We... didn?t know what was going on so we went to the doctor, that?s what they said. It was over greasy and that should have been myfirst clue. I use to love papa John?s, but it?s just not like it use to be. This time drew the line, and I will not be returningback. Just make sure you eat at your own risk. Also the food taste good, but again, not like it use to. Also the delivery wassuper quick though, and the delivery driver was super kind. They should pay him more money. Read more
