Went to get lunch with my husband, went to order one of their breakfast items and end up being charged for an extra egg(didnt... ask for an extra) and not charged the price listed for the item, was charged a whole dollar extra for it being a breakfast item.My 6 inch neded up costing the price for a foot long.. Wish they would either post upcharges for breakfast items(or put away thebreakfast items and menu) or at least have the staff let customers know about any upcharges. Read more
I ordered a Subway Club Wrap as I always do with Avocado Slices (this time). I received a wrap that was not rolled. Apparently... whoever made my wrap is incapable of rolling a wrap and should be retrained. Instead of maybe asking one of her co-workers forhelp she laughed and told my husband that she couldn't roll it as there was too much meat on the wrap. There is not!! There ishowever a huge glob of Avocado mush (not slices) in the middle of the wrap! I understand that fast food and customer service isa thankless job, but if you are going to work in the industry try and take some pride in what you do!!!!! Read more
Raj on shift was an excellent sandwich artist, and absolutely blew me away with how well, quickly, and deftly he made my odd and... mildly complicated sandwich order! Easily the best toasted, Italian, tuna, swiss, cucumber, onion, lettuce, bell pepper, tomato,and ranch sandwich I've ever had ????! -UPDATE- Raj is still the man. Flavor good. Portion size sub-par to other subways. All tables dirty.
Only sandwich I ever get at subway is a Coldcut combo the meat WAS NOT a cold cut it was Bologna Only, asked for the onion to be... chopped nope, only got a 6 in asked for it to be cut in half nope. Not pleased at all. Then my roommate wanted wanted to orderanother sandwich but they took someone else's order instead. Definitely won't be going back. Sucks since new people took over. Read more
Always have liked subway. But the managers need to Insure the employees know the menu. I order a Double protein and they asked... what that was. I explained showed pic from menu and They made it. Got home and had 4 pieces of turkey on it? Read more
