Ordered for pickup. The store was closed when I got there. I left a message for a refund. I was told because the store didn?t... close their register they couldn?t refund or void from a previous day. The owner said I could come and get the sandwiches butthey had been for people who weren?t at my house any longer so I wanted a refund. He texted and left me messages that I wasmaking a bigger deal than i needed and that people need to eat so get the sandwiches. He also said because of a buy one get oneif he refunded it his store wouldn?t profit. He finally said he would give me cash but not to ever come back to his store. Iquit answering because it was so uncomfortable. I went to corporate for resolution. It will be no issue to never come back tothis location! Scary! Read more
Wasn't busy at all! Friendly staff! Clean restaurant!
Horrible experience. Ordered curbside and got there on time. Waited about ten mins and still no food was brought out. Had to... call, and after the owner came out and very rudely explained to me that "I should have been paying attention because someonealready came out". I was sitting in the car with the window rolled down the whole time and no one came out. On top of lying,many parts of the order were wrong/missing. For a location that doesn't get many people, it seems crazy they would have so manythings wrong with an order. Need some better staff and a better owner that actually cares about the customers. The folks at this Subway were experiencing some technical difficulties. Their microwaves were down. But they powered through... and kept most everyone happy. The best thing about Subway that most people don't know and I shouldn't even tell you. After 730 all the cookies go on sale.... Like $3 a dozen. 2 for $5 . Y'all better stay clear of my cookies. I'm serious. Find your own stash! Lol. ???????????? Read more

Terrible customer service! A lady that came in behind me had her sandwich done, paid, and was out of the store before mine was... even finished! Not sure why her sandwich got moved in front of mine because the employee helping me was slower... Was notgreeted at all. Took 20 mins for 2 sandwiches to be made when no one was ahead of me! Unbelievable. Also, chicken teriyaki wasmade with no sauce, very dry and bland without the teriyaki... Will not be going here again. Read more
