The burgers weren't very good and the fries were cold. Worse experience at a Hardee's, ever.
Order $31.64 worth of which had 2 of the new pies . Drove all the way home and no pies . Had to drive all the back from Odessa... to get them and they never even offered to refund for the pies . No wonder this store has No Business!!! Won't be going back .The store by the fry area was nasty looking . Grease and fries and box's every where. Read more
Not very good service. Cold food, no ice or lids in the lobby. We were the only ones in there. The woman manager was not so... pleasant when we asked for ice or a remake on onion rings. This was after lunch hours, drive thru wasn't very busy either. Theycould of stocked the lobby in between orders. Read more
I placed an order at the drive-thru and the individual struggled to take my order. I ordered a low carb bowl, 2 buy one get one... sausage egg biscuits add cheese, large hash brown and med Dr.Pepper. After receiving my order and checking my receipt they hadcharged me for 4 slices of cheese, gave me a small hash brown and didn't know how to refund me the difference for theovercharge. By the time I drove 5 minutes home after sitting in the drive-thru for at least 15 minutes while he was trying tofigure out how to do the refund my food was cold. I then called the store after getting home with cold food and explained whathad happened to Karen which identified herself as the manager. Her response was if I wanted to come back in she would refund mefor the cheese. She further explained that she was not even supposed to be there which shouldn't matter to me at all. Hot and fresh. The chicken tenders 10 piece were hot and crispy and the chicken was juicy. The chicken club was also hot and... fresh. The fries were delicious as well. They make the chicken tenders fresh to order every time we've come and they are hot, crispy, juicy and delicious! Get some! Read more
Coming from CO and stopped here for a quick dinner - got a single frisco instead of a double and they left out my large fry but... when I mentioned it to them they got me a new burger and fries and added some pies for the inconvenience - thank you Hardee?sfor making it right! Read more
