Over charged me didn't give me the correct order, then instead of fixing it at window when I told them. I was told I had to... come in or go back threw the drive thru, there was ten or more cars in line, so I parked to go inside when to the firstavailable cashier and explain to him what I needed, he went to his manager to ask her what he should do, and she startedscreaming at in right in the front of the store in front of everyone, he came back so embrassed and fix my order but it was veryawarded for everyone, the store was very busy because of the get a free burger if your team makes a goal whatever it is, but whyare you doing these promotions if you can't even get a staff together just for regular days now your only adding to the madness,of working just trying to keep up with average day and they can't, food was cold. WAS going to stop in for a quick McDouble on my way out of town. I had a bathroom emergency that could not wait. No bathroom... closed signs on the men's room at all I accidentally hit a lady cleaning it with the door (why you need to close the bathroomisn't it. She cussed me out and told me to hurry up cause she had work to do. Of that wasn't enough she poked her head in thedoor and told me to hurry up again. The whole time I could hear her fussing and fuming at customers about the situation SHEcreated by not closing the bathroom and posting signs. I used to be a clean up person at McDonalds and Dairy Queen. I hadnumerous occasions where customers blew past closed signs like they weren't there. I simply did something else till the ladiesroom was empty again and finished cleaning. If I had spoken to customers the way this old lady spoke to me I would have beenfired immediately. Needless to say I bought my McDouble somewhere else. Hey McDonald's management, what do you think about this.Is this how you teach good customer service to your cleaning staff? Read more
Spent over 10 minutes in the drive through and when I get to the speaker the automatic computer that takes order always gets my... order wrong, I always have to correct the person working the window and even after correcting the person my order is stillwrong, i only have 30 min lunch breaks and didn?t have time to go back through the drive thru or go inside, there was about $10of food that I did not get. Stopped in for a quick to go order and they had my mcgriddle cooked and ready just about by the time I finished my order. The... manager was super friendly and polite as she took my order. Read more
My 4 children and I stopped in for lunch while traveling home from a vacation. Simple request to make our food fresh. Not 1 but... 2 managers were talking trash about us within earshot. They brought us our food but did not cook it fresh. So I asked them torecook it. Horrible customer service. More trash talking after that. I will not return to this location. Read more
Staff were confused and management ineffectual. Most were just standing around.. staff apparently angry with other staff. Food... thrown into the bin, noses in the air. I was the only one inside and I was left waiting at the counter with the managerdeliberately turning her back to me. Not cool. When I finally got to my car with the food, my chicken sandwich barely coveredHALF of the bun. If I owned this place I would be cleaning house.
