I love Wendy's Spicy chicken sandwich, I've been to some dirty locations, but, the food was hot and good, unfortunately, at... this location the food was cold, spicy chicken sandwich had little to no spread on it, trash cans were overflowing and tableswere dirty... makes me want to go back to jack n box crispy chicken sandwich... at least there food is hot and location's I'vebeen to have all been clean. I ordered a double hamburger and I told them NO CHEESE. well i got home and there was cheese everywhere and that happened... twice. The food tasted like it had been sitting there since lunch. Read more

Start serving only breakfast at 11pm at a truck stop. You're suppose to be able to get dinner at a truck stop 24/7 but since... vivid everybody just accepts mediocrity. The employees were very outgoing and friendly, one was very enthusiastic about everything. I will be visiting again. It's... getting hard to find a place that the employees don't have an attitude. Cold fry's, no tea, surly workers and a half a strip of bacon on the jalapeno popper sandwich! I understand it's kind of late...... cuz it is 11:00 p.m. however this is a truck stop.... and truck drivers eat 24 hours a day.... and the woman with the Kool-Aidhair needs to find another job!! I've got to watch my cholesterol so when I am forced to eat fast food, I eat the Wendy's chicken sandwich with honey mustard. As... a result I have ordered and eaten this sandwich in places as small as Chillicothe Ohio, or as well known as San Francisco,Chicago, Denver and Las Vegas. The Oak Grove Missouri Wendy's at the BP truck stop made the absolute worst version of thischicken sandwich I have ever eaten. I was reluctant to give it to my dog, but she seemed to not mind that it was cold, salty,and dry. The bun was cold, the tomato was mushy. I just drove 650 mi and I have a migraine, so I did not go back into there tocorrect my order because I don't believe they can do any better. How hard is it to make a chicken sandwich? Apparently prettychallenging if you live in Oak Grove Missouri. Read more
