Prev review: The past 3 times I ordered, there have been freakups... I ordered unsweetened tea and received discolored water... instead. The previous time, they forgot to put in an item in my order and also the chalupa was hard and dry... The time Iordered before that one, they forgot something and also the chalupa was hard and dry. It crumbled like it was made awhile ago,got cold and reheated under a lamp... Or was there for a long time. We love chalupas and order many of these but it's hard tobuy these right now when they have these naked chalupas... Ever since they offered them, the chalupas are gross. I don't knowwhy I keep shopping there. McDonald's across the street is doing better and McDonald's offer buy one get one free in theirapp. Update 9/18/2021 Changed score from 2 to 1(used to have a 4 or 5 years ago). They keep messing up my order. Keep missingitems. It's like they don't care. (missing burrito, missing sauce packets, missing napkins for the last update) Read more
Had Mexican pizza for the first time since the public raved about it. I was definitely disappointed. Alot of refried beans with... not much ground beef. Perhaps that's the way it supposed to be? Friendly staff. Read more
The drink I wanted was out on the sales floor. I asked lady working counter if she could fill my drink. She did. Went to leave... to get a refill, different person, argued with me that she couldn't refill my cup if it was empty on my side. Look lady, pleasejust touch the button with my cup underneath to catch said beverage. Nope, can't do it. Stupidity shows up for every shift atthis place. Read more
Very very good, probably the best taco bell I remember having. Kudos to the staff for an outstanding job. Even with being short... staffed. Food was great and store was very clean. Again one of the best taco bells I have eaten at in a long time. Read more
Ordered 2 mexican pizza meals with large coke zero and large iced tea. We were told they are out of mexican pizza. And they... only have 1 large cup. Got up to the window and asked for mild sauce....yep, you guess it, they were out and didn't expect toget a shipment for 2 weeks. The worker was really pleasant though. Read more
Do NOT order power bowls. I spent 7 bucks on it and got a single vote of rice, beans, and lettuce even. It had like 6 tiny... pieces of meat and per usual minimal sour cream and guac. It didn't get the avocado ranch that's supposed to come and they alltogether my container was like 1/5 full. Took me about 15 seconds to SLOWLY eat the whole thing. Thankfully my family didn'tknow I stopped for myself and brought me food. EXTREMELY disappointing. Like with most places go as soon as lunch starts and youget the good crew! Sour cream from end to end you can actually taste, see, feel the meat! I got a 5 layer a few days ago aboutan hour til close it had no meat at all and it was basically 95% beans on a dried out tortilla. Kind of sad, 2 years ago when Iworked for this location our night shift was the shift. I don't ever do people like that. Went here tonight and ordered food for the family. I was highly disappointed when we got home and opened it up. 2 of our naked... chicken chalupas had NO tomato or sour cream. Lots of lettuce and a little cheese. One also tasted very burnt. The toppings andmeat on the rest of the food was very skim, with little meat. We tried to call but no one picked up. And when we ordered ourfood, there was only one person behind me, so they weren't that busy. We were very disappointed with how we got our food.
