Sadly, one of my favorite burgers is in trouble. Since covid has caused employers to take what they get concerning's workers,... this joint always causes an issue for me, whether it's not returning my change, treating me like a thief, or bringing home coldburgers, and the size of jr. whopper meat patties are now half the size of the bun! Not what the commercial shows with a jr.whopper on tv with the mean patty encircling the whole bun! This is not cool. I never thought there would be a smaller pattythan you see at Micky D's! Order two chicken sandwiches and the bread is burnt, the chicken is very very salty. It's not like before, no doubt why Burger... King's business is going down. I suspect the chicken is not fresh and been in the fridge for so many days so it's very salty.will go to other places in the future. Read more

I am a vegan and new in town. Thought I would go to the local Burger King in Oak Harbor to get an impossible burger. I noticed... I was charged for cheese on my burger. I brought it up to the young lady at the window in a calm manner. She became veryfrazzled, would not let me get a word in and stated she needed to get her manager. The manager came, did not offer an apology. proceeded to ring up a new order. After waiting over 15 minutes, I informed the manager that it was a simple mistake that theyoung lady did not need to be so frazzled and her as a manager not offering an apology was poor customer service, I was ask towait up front where I waited another 20 minutes for my burgers and was then offered a measly apology. This place has progressively gotten worse over the last year. From the facility itself, to the lack of supplies to make the... menu, to the simplest service like hand towels in the bathroom. The mens bathroom has had a sheet of plywood under the urinalfor the last year . Needless to say it is getting pretty stained and gross. On my last visit someone had filled the hand toweldispenser with napkins. Just made a mess when trying to dry your hands. When you walk up to the order counter to view the menuyou have to look at all the notes taped on the counter. Can't do any ice cream. Out of all egg meals. And no impossible burgerstoday??? Heck of a way to run fast food. It's worth the extra half a block to go to Wendy's. Read more
This restaurant has vastly improved. Order accuracy is right on. Food is brought out in a timely manner. Employees are friendly... and courteous. We had a pretty personalized order, every item had plus this or minus that. This crew was fantastic. Team workwas apparent, everyone got along and looked like they had a nice flow going on. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich no tomato,whopper with cheese no veggie toppings and a Big King xl no pickles. Employees knowledge on the product was good. We had a fewquestions and the clerk answered them promptly. I went indoors on a Saturday night (good time to really gauge a restaurant) Theestablishment was well kept and surprisingly clean. Windows had good visibility not too cluttered with posters. Condimentstation was clean and well stocked Restrooms clean and well stocked. Parking lot had no trash and was well lit. First off if you gonna change the size of the sandwich you should also change the name. (Big fish is now the guppy.)2nd it was... cooked twice to reheat it almost could not bite through it. 3rd bathroom has some health and safety issues.
