Been on a Sandwich kick for a little while, trying new places and revisiting some old ones. I ordered a Giant Philly Cheese... steak and another Giant sandwich with roast beef, tomato, lettuce and pepperoni--cant remember what it was called . I orderedahead using the mobile app and showed up at the time I was told it would be ready and it wasn't ready yet. Ultimately it tookanother 15-20 minutes, 40 minutes from the time I submitted my order. Not sure if this is staffing issue or more issue withtheir mobile ordering system unable to properly account for orders already in queue. Wait time aside, the food was OK. ThePhilly seemed a bit salty and I wasn't really a fan of it, probably because of the cheese. The other sandwich was OK, theleftovers were much better as a midnight snack after sitting in the fridge for a day. All in all, I think it's just OK. If Istop in again, I might just grab the BLT. I really like their subs. We usually go in to order, but my husband decided to order online last night....????. He asked for... extra pickles and onions on my sub but they didn't add them. Also the bread was dried out. In person ordering from now on Read more
This rating is just for some of the staff?(clears throat). I love great customer service and friendliness but they go overboard... sometimes. Talking and chatting should be kept to a minimum so that it does not take 45 mins to get a mini sandwich?GOSH! Hushalready and finish wrapping my sandwich! Read more

I?m visiting from Canada and Im celiac. Requested gf bread and these guys rocked it for making sure the area was clean and clear... of any bread crumbs on the prep area. Put down 4 or 5 extra sheets of paper to double ensure no cross contamination. Obviouslythere is a risk with the vegetables etc but they went above and beyond with changing gloves and a separate knife that was in itsown bag for cutting and using a different knife for the mayo spread.
