I ordered the new pepperoni stuffed crust, excited to try something new. Unfortunately my pizza didn't come fully cooked; it... contained RAW dough in the crust. So now, not only have I paid their ridiculous prices, I have food poisoning as well. Stay awayfrom this Papa Johns. Read more
Ordered from them multiple time and everytime is a terrible experience. This time the pizza's toppings went spread throughout... the pizza, the driver wasn't pleasant at all. Both sauces (garlic and ranch) were spilled and leaking out of the boxes. Thejalapeño poppers came smashed in the box with the ranch smashed in the middle and spilled. Ordered extra sauce for the pizzaand asked for it on the side for dipping and got nothing but a slick remark on the request."pay for it" I will never order fromthis place again. We ordered our pizza didn't show up till an hour and a half ,it was not even hot, I called them and just got told we have... heating racks must have been cold in the car, not acceptable considering the price you pay for rhe pizza, I wouldn't even givethem a one star. Horrible service Read more
They are very quick. Only complaint is that if you order your pizza well done the cheese sticks will also be made well done. ... But its not the end of the world. Read more
Ordered pizza, it arrived super later. Called the store while waiting and they claimed that they were waiting for Door Dash.... Once pizza arrived it was beyond cold. Order was correct, so we called the store to inform them. The manager just continued toblame shift towards Door Dash. Note, while ordering through the website Door Dash is not mentioned until after the pizza is onthe way. I'm not too upset about the tardiness, however, the product was cold and essentially ruined. Since partnering with door dash, delivery times have nearly tripled and pizza is delivered cold and inaccurately. It took 2... hours for us to get 3 pizzas and some chicken when the ?papa tracks? app said it would take 45 minutes. Please. Go back to yourold delivery methods. Read more
So... .... A month ago while on base my wife and I thought we would order some pizza for a late night snack. Ordered about an... hour and a half before closing and started a movie waiting patiently. After an hour we started to worry..... So I tried callingbut to my dismay no one would pick up the phone. After a half hour of multiple attempted calls we gave up and expected they justcouldn't get the job done and we wouldn't be billed. Boy was I wrong. The next day I see the charge is still on my account so Icall to find out the driver delivered it to me somehow without my knowledge. After a little persistence the manager finallyagreed to remove the charge and put a free pizza on the account. Awesome right???? NO.. Well tonight when I call to get my pizzaI discover they are still going to charge delivery. Ugh... Really not happy but let's get this pizza and then never deal withthem.... So they let me know looking at a 45 min wait time. Again not so happy but expected that with football playing. Well twohours later the delivery guy showed up. The fact that the company charges $7.99 for a delivery fee, I live 2 blocks away, and then that Delivery Fee DOES NOT GO TO THE... DRIVER. Is beyond me. That money should go to the driver. I always tip.. Charging that much, people might think it goes to thedriver and then they don't tip. Papa John should think about their delivery drivers. Read more
