The pizza is delicious. However the service is terrible. My husband went to the location to pick up an order I placed online... earlier today. When he arrived he asked for the order by name. They asked if it was a phone in or online order he said he hedidn't know so possibly phone. They said they didn't have an order under that name. He then called me. I called the locationand explained I put in an online order earlier in the day and my husband said he was told they didn't have it. They put me onhold. After holding over 5 minutes a manager came on the line (Josh). I explained the situation to him. He said "your husbandsaid it was a phone order". He then proceeded to read me the riot act for a few more minutes for my husband not knowing it wasan online order instead of a phone order. I think this is a difference without a distinction. Had they checked the onlineorders they would have found the exact name, time and pizza we ordered. Doesn't seem like a very difficult thing to do. Read more

I won't be going to this Papa Murphy's ever again I got here 20 minutes before they were supposed to be closed the doors were... locked they were employees in the store and I got flipped the bird so sorry Papa Murphy's I don't care how good your pizza iswhen you have employees that aren't going to stay open for the posted hours and they have no problem being rude to customersyeah I'm done. Incredibly fast and friendly service! Even on a Friday afternoon we're usually in and out within 5 minutes. Cheaper than a lot... of other delivery joints, and the fact that you choose when to bake at home provides some flexibility if you decide to grab apie while running errands. Read more

This place refused to give me my order unless I was sitting in my car with the window down. I explained my window did not roll... down and it was easier for for me to get out since window is so high learning out was not an option. Then they refused torefund my money. Not impressed with the online ordering! It showed I paid 19.00 for the pizza I ordered. When I picked up, it was 16.00 and half... my order was wrong. The manager said ?I? made the mistake and that this was the pizza I ordered. I asked to pay to add theCanadian bacon and pineapple. The manager said no! Frequented this place often until my family and I all got sick with stomach issues the night after we ate their pizza and had... only pizza that day. Called to report the incident and request our money back only to be told that it had to be our own hygienepractices in our house. Will never eat there again as they act like they can do no wrong. Papa Murphy's has a good variety of pizzas, and over a number years, I have had opportunity to try a lot of different ones. All... have been very good. And now, Being able to order online and set your pick-up time; it is an added plus. Pricing is fair, and staff is welcoming when you come in - I will continue to go, whether on the fly, or to pick-up an online order. Read more

Good price a bit over salty tho so would say its not bad, the stuffed pizza is a great concept tho.
