I hadn?t ordered from Pizza Hut in many many years. It was the family fav with my kids growing up and pretty much the only... pizza I would eat. (I?m not a big pizza fan) I ordered thin and crispy which is one of the pizzas we always got and Cinnaboncinnamon rolls which was supposed to come with the Cinnabon cream cheese frosting. Yum! It was the worst pizza I?ve eaten. Thetoppings were okay but the crust tasted like cardboard so that ruined the taste of the toppings. I looked at the bottom of thepizza and sure enough, it was not fresh pizza dough. It had little holes all through it so I assume they purchase a hard crustand heat it with the toppings. Now the dessert?. Cinnamon rolls and cream cheese dressing are one of my all time favorites withCinnabon being at the top. The cinnamon rolls were about the size of a quarter and topped with a sugar glaze. If there was anycream cheese in it, I couldn?t taste it at all. This frosting was a smoky clear glaze and cream cheese frosting is opaque! I?mjust sick that I wasted $54.48 (which included tip and $6 delivery fee), on food this bad. There are much better options when looking to order pizza than Pizza Hut. Pizza was average at best, waiting time was horrible... and bad customer service. Read more

You ever have one of those days where you just need pepperoni? That's a rhetorical question btw, I KNOW y'all have those... days. Those are the days where you don't care. You're gonna get called things like "basic", things like "lame" or things like"does this dude ever shut up omg who invited him with us". You're gonna leave the get together easily just to call your buddyand find out that, no, in fact, the party was not over. Then you're gonna call up pizza hut and say "I need extra pepperoni.Illegal amounts only." Pizza Hut Oak Harbor gas your back. always super tasty food, always hot and fresh, but today I went in to pick up my carry out order and was kind of taken back.... there was an older gentleman who was kneading pizza dough, im assuming for the ?hand tossed? pizza/crust, but he wasn?t wearingany gloves, it was his bare hands. I?m sure he washed his hands prior, hopefully, but it took my appetite away and I couldn?tget through my pizza without wincing once or twice thinking about it. please wear gloves, protect your customers, even if youwashed your hands prior. it really set me back seeing that. I spoke with Audrey at the Oak Harbor store. She was very friendly and helped me send some pizza to my mom who was watching my... kids. She was great at helping me figure out the best deal possible. Very knowledgeable about different options and all the menuhad to offer. When I first called I got someone from India but I asked to be sent to the local store. Waited over an hour and a half for cold pizza and have my order mixed up.. reciepts were on the boxes with tape but they were... the wrong pizzas.. found out they use door dashers instead of drivers and they don't get the card tip you pay for online sofolks are paying extra for their door dashers to get diddly squat unless you give them cash on delivery.. also on the site I hadto re enter my address multiple times because it refused to let me put my building number and had to text my address to the doordasher.. my driver also said he had to wait over twenty minutes passed when he was told to pick up Read more
