So for the last several weeks they actually do not open until 10 and most of the time they are out of bread in the mornings.... Plus they are short staffed this place is struggling. I wish there were more options on the base to eat. Read more
Y'all need to teach Richard how to make a sandwich because as of now, it doesn't seem like he knows how. I don't mean to be... disrespectful, but I've had about 5 subs made by him and they've all been less than desirable. Just today, it took him twice aslong to make the sub as it usually takes. Then he overloaded one side of the sandwich with sauce while barely putting a drip onthe rest of it. I asked for more on the rest and he proceeds to put even MORE sauce on the overloaded spot. He then cuts it in"half" , but it was more like 4 inches and 8 inches. And it wasn't cut all the way through. I had to tear it apart myself whichwas a mess, along with the excessive sauce oozing from the sides. To top of off, he folded it closed in a way that half the meatand veggies were basically out of the sub. I've had similar experiences all the other times he's made my sandwich, and this wasthe last time. I can only imagine all the other customers who've had the same thing happen to them, and are equally asunsatisfied but won't say anything about it. Please, do something about this issue because the rest of the staff is great and itwould be a shame if one employee's shortcomings affect customers' view on the whole restaurant. Pretty typical subway. Their oven is finnicky, but overall a non problematic visit.

The manager (I assume, but she doesn't wear a nametag, probably because she doesn't want everyone to know her name to report... her) is extremely rude. Every visit to this location has been unpleasant because she makes no effort to offer decent customerservice. Openly rude to customers and clearly makes her co-workers uncomfortable. Read more
I usually never leave reviews but I have a little bit of time today. Today during lunch, they were very short staffed and had a... lot of customers during lunch. As the cashier was ringing up my order, I told her what I got and paid for my order. Afterwards Ilooked inside my bag and seen that she gave me the wrong sandwich. I understand that they were busy but I felt like the customerservice could have been a lot better . Read more
