I usually love Taco Bell but this one specifically has become a disaster with my food orders being consistently wrong. I confirm... it on the screen and once in the bag it's never right. I ask for no onions and there was a ton and I also ask for no meat tosubstitute with black beans and they put meat on there. Plus the other night when we went here the employees were blastinginappropriate music in the background and acting really unprofessional. Never again. Read more

Came through the drive-thru they forgot my mild and hot sauce and i realized when i opened the bag and was almost to deception... pass so we went back to get sauces and i walked in to grab some just to be givin a dirty look by some 16-17 yr old kid that wasblonde and he started talking about me loudly to his co worker about how weird i was for grabbing sauces so i explained thatthey forgot mine and he just said ?oh okay my bad? dont ever talk about your customers infront of then ATLEAST very dissatisfiedwith the customer service and the fact i was getting judged because they forgot my sauce and stuff. dont appreciate the lack ofservice and being talked about for their mistake without askinf questions and quick to assume. This is the 2nd time these clowns have messed up our order. My wife asks for a nacho cheese Dorito taco and 2 chipotle burritos... on top of the rest of our order and we didn?t get the dorito taco and only one chipotle burrito. It is so sad that you have tocheck your bag every time you go out to eat because you can?t trust the joint you are getting food from. Usually pretty quick but I don't know if they have ever gotten an order correct for the 15 times I've been there or order... doordash from there. The receipt is usually correct but the food isn't. Also the food seems to never be hot. Read more
Taco bell is my favorite fast food joint in Oak Harbor. The people that work there are friendly and it's so nice to go to a... place that doesn't guilt you or hit you up for a tip just for doing their job. It's also one of the few places that have Pepsiwhich I love. The one peeve I have with this place is that they are quick to close their lobby to the public or even therestaurant itself. They close it way before the posted times citing low staffing issues. I would use the drive thru butthere's always a long line or they frequently mess up my order on the rare times I do. One time they messed up my order and Icame back the next day and told the manager and she hooked me and my son up. Thanks Tory. Despite all that, I really enjoygoing there whenever I can. Read more
Meh, the place is usually pretty gross and dirty, the staff are usually kinda rude and ignore you, and the food is overly... processed and flavorless. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else Read more
