It really is a decent Wendy's. Any time we get anything here it is just as ordered. Hot and fresh and the employees are always... pleasant. There isn't usually much of a wait. I'd go here before anywhere else as far as a fast food option nearby. Read more

Everytime I get Wendy's I long for the days when Dave was still around. Food used to always be fresh and came to you piping hot.... That and the quality of the ingredients was damn good for fast food. Those days are long gone, and every location I've been to,including this one, exemplifies this. Food is usually lukewarm and tired/dry. Clearly been sitting under heat lamps or in heatedcabinets for most of the day. Nuggets and fries are also usually stale. That and more often than not I seem to find hairs in myfood. So, do I recommend Wendy's at all l? No, not until some serious restructuring is done company-wide. P.S. If youabsolutely must have Wendy's then I suggest going when it's super busy. That way all the old food has more than likely beenhanded out already and what you receive will most likely be fresh. I will give them props for actually getting the orders correct and getting the line knocked out at a decent pace. But no matter... what time of day you go the food is always cold/luke warm even if you eat it as you're driving off. The lettuce is usuallyextremely wilted as well. Read more

To be fair WENDY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE, day or night, is far SUPERIOR compared to their neighbor BURGER KING. The lineat night is still ludicrous (AFTER 7PM WHEN THEIR DINE IN HOURS CLOSE). I still believe that they should extend their dinehours, but that's just my opinion. They really try, smile, and get the orders out as best they can regardless of how busy orstressful their lines are. SOME OF THE CUSTOMERS BE WILD, WHICH ANOTHER REASON WHY THEY DESERVE 4 STARS. Great food, except they forgot my order. My bud and I were getting food for half dozen people at home, it being my first time at... a Wendy's. And he goes order anything, you'll love it. It's just this place in particular... they get the order but it'ssometimes not all there. Get home, only my food is missing. Totally understood, lol.
