This is a great coffee shop. They have any coffee you want plus sweet breads, scones, muffins, breakfast wraps, cookies and much... else. If you don't see it in the case ask them and they may be able to make it like sausage egg and cheese muffins or bagels.The young ladies who run this shop are friendly, helpful and fast. We visited Deception pass yesterday and I thought coffee was a perfect way to end the trip. Hence we drove for 20 minutes to... Whidbey?s. We were very excited to see the ratings and the serene location only added to the build up. Ordered Mocha and Hotchocolate but utterly disappointed with the products. Mocha was lukewarm and hot chocolate tasted like diluted chocolate waterwhich ruined the taste as well the mood. Wasn't bad but it wasn't strong strong. I did ask for an extra shot of expresso. But we will stop there again maybe. We are... going to try out the other one next time and compare and be fair. Since moving to the island I heard a or about this place & wanted to try. I ordered a coffee to go this morning and oh man did... it taste burnt. Even my husband said his coffee taste burnt also. No amount of sugar could mask that taste. Just Awful, and itmakes me sad cause I was expecting something great. Read more
