Wow I have been to the McDonald's 3 times in Oak Hill since they reopened and they are just terrible can't get orders right or... they new Ice cream machine is alread down in the middle of the day this place will not get my business again. Read more

I have to brag on Jeremy the morning manager! He was happy to be at his job! You don?t get that at fast food anymore! He knew... his job! He was super polite! Great CSR skills! He says ? They were slow! Talking on Cell Phones being silly! Not anymore! I came through theother day Ashley Wilson Surnear very polite knew her job! She was fast! She was smiling! I Get it we all work! But I can?t standto go through a drivethru and the CSR get smart with me! Or look completely miserable! Timothy Surnear always going above andbeyond for his job! I before and now have seen Timothy doing a hundred different jobs with a smile on his face! Always politeand nice! Fast knows his job! And everyone else?s to! Now PJ not sure if he?s the GM still but if so!! McDonald?s he needs to goalready! He is always in the office! He never does anything! And when you do have a complaint! PJ has to be found! I No BecauseI?ve seen this first hand!! He?s lazy! Everyone else is doing his job! Why he gets all the glory!!! I hope he?s not the GM stillI really do!! On a different note. Wake up and jump into 2022 I make $15per hour at one job paid every week! 16.75 at my other paid weekly! You all need to wake up! Treat your employees better! Theyare making you money! This was our first time coming to this location. We placed our mobile order. We were advised to pull up as our order was being... finished up. We parked and in less than 2 minutes our order was at the window hot and fresh. Everything was salted and seasonedto perfection. I would highly recommend coming here. The customer service is top notch. We will stop here again when, we comeback this way. Read more
Literally had to wait 17 min. For our food then she comes to the window and says we're waiting on your fries.... ok then they... should be fresh..... they were far from it!!!! This location had the fastest service I've ever had from any McDonald's in my local area. Shortest wait time I've ever... experienced at this location. Within 1 minute of placing my order on the self-service order kiosk my order was ready Togo.Highly recommend using kiosk to order because it allows you to use mobile order only deals in the store.
