Coming here for over 20years. Asked and paid for extra toppings and I was given regular made ice cream. Was told I had to go to... the back of the line to get extra topping again which I would be charged for. Won?t be going back. Terrible customer service. Read more
yikes is really all i can say. i arrived to people in line and watched them walk to the next window to pick up their ice cream.... so i wait in line for about 10 minutes as they were working. (which is totally understandable) until, the worker flips up thesmall window and gives a face and says ?can i help you with something?? Obviously? Just say i?m sorry we are closed. no need forattitude when you were just serving those in front of us when we pulled in 20 minutes past close. no one was behind us. I?m sureyou?re tired of working but to be disrespectful when obviously the literal only thing the people in line would ?need something?is just to know it?s closed. pathetic. Read more
We always stop and get ice cream from here. We love the strawberry cheesecake blizzards. They have limited seating around the... outside wall. A nice place to eat your ice cream would make this place better. Read more
Always out of a old time favorite butterscotch. But if your a chocolate lover and love fudging your customers sense of loyalty... over. Btw to any customers. THEY CLOSE AT 9 EVERYDAY. Don?t drive 15 minutes and arrive at 9:03 because it says they?re open till 10 on here but it says 9... on the sign. Read more
