It?s good pizza but I would not stand outside for it. Or not be able to call when they close the phone line. That just says they... are lucky to not have competition. Went in and the guy asked if we ordered online and we said ?No do we have to place mobile orders?? he looked mad and said ?No I... was just about to go on my break? and walked off. I have family in town and after spending a day on the beach we decided to get Domino?s for dinner. We asked to split-pay when... we went to pick up our pizzas. We were informed by the cashier they were not able to split the bill that way. That would nothave been an issue had he not asked if we had enough money on one card to pay for our food. After trying to call multipletimes, no one answered. Extremely unprofessional and rude. We have contacted corporate about this issue as well. Read more

Visited Oak Island for the first time this weekend. My son and I have a Friday night Domino?s Pizza tradition. So we called the... local store here about 7:15. I was expecting a bit of a wait with it being Friday night. The person taking my order said itwould a 30-40 minute wait. Pleasantly surprised, I told them I would pick up and pay for at store. I get to the store at 7:45and it would be about an hour. I was obviously disappointed and canceled the order. The lady said they use a call center andthey really don?t know the wait times. This is not the store?s fault I guess, it?s sounds like more of a management problem. Ifthe call service can?t provide more accurate information, then as someone who works in customer service, I would say that thisis unacceptable and needs changing. Read more

I suppose 2.5 stars would be what I rate my experience today. Pizza was pretty good as ordered, but the cookie brownies tasted... expired/undercooked. Management did not seem to take much interest in my complaint. Perhaps I?m the only one to complain aboutit, but I will say this looks nothing like what Dominos advertises. I should have know to read store reviews. I would haveconsidered other options. Read more

Where do I start? We ordered a simple order, delivery. When after an hour the app said it could take up to two hours, we tried... calling. They had disconnected the phone. So, we drove to the store. They said ignore the App, and they can have our pizza readyin 15 minutes. They also said ?so many people? are calling that they disconnected the phone. When we got home, one of the pizzaswas wrong. They got a second star only because it was pretty tasty. Read more

My family and I are on vacation here in Oak Island and the kids wanted pizza for dinner the second day here. We ordered almost... $50 in food and the delivery service was excellent. However, one of the pizzas was burnt. We order the SAME pizza back homeand it isn?t burnt, so I felt this was unacceptable. We tried to call the system to see if the pizza could be remade with allintentions of returning the other pizza, but the system kept hanging up on us. So, I drove to Dominos with the pizza and walkedup to the cashier and asked if she could have our pizza remade? She proceeded to ask why? I opened the box and showed her thepizza, said it was burnt, and asked once more if they could just remake my pizza. She told the manager and his reply was ?thepizza will turn out the same way because it is thin crust.? So, I asked if they could remake it with hand-tossed crust? I wentand sat down and called my fiancé and talked to him for 22 minutes before I realized the employees were just letting me sitthere and wait for nothing. So, I called my fiancé and asked him to come to dominos in the other vehicle. He was there inless than 5 minutes. He walked in, and they asked if they could help him? He said ?I am just here to see if you are finishedwith the pizza she asked you to remake?? The manager said we told her we weren?t remaking it because it would come out the sameway. He wasn?t professional. Another one of the employees picked up our pizza, took a piece, and broke it in half and said ?isthat burnt to you - are you kidding me?? So, we just asked for a refund of the one pizza that they refused to remake. We got aFULL refund. I would not recommend ordering from people like this. They were rude and the cashier was on her phone. To top itoff, the manager said ?now get out of my store.? Read more
