I couldn't give NO STARS. I had to pick 1 star to post. I always order Thanksgiving dinner for my family, they love BM. There is... always something wrong with my catering order, its either late, they forget something, but I always overlook the little thingsand order again This year my catering order was "missed" I had to go to the store and inquire about my 1hour late cateringorder. After waiting for 20 min she came to the front and gave me a refund No explanation no apologies. I asked her was is thisand she said its a refund, we missed your oder. WHAT!!!! How the hell do you missed a $450 order placed on 11/8 and all youhave to tell me is that you missed my order, that you had a lot of orders and a lot of customers and only a few workers. She wasnot sorry, had no solution for me. I will never again place a catering order with BM again. Be careful you might be left with nodinner for your family. SMH Read more
I think the rotisserie nuggets are a wonderful idea; they are the ideal meal on the go or perfect for home dinners. My only... complaint is that the staff always seem to forget SOMETHING with our orders! Some staff will apologize and provide free itemsfor the inconvenience, but some won't say a word, as if its OK to keep customers waiting (yes, even with online orders!). Read more
Came to grab dinner but sign on the door says, "closed until further notice due to plumbing issues." I hope this isn't a sign of... impending complete closure. Horrible service. Food even worse. I ordered a chicken sandwich, bread was rock hard. When I brought it to their attention I... was met with a horrible attitude. The chicken from my sandwich was pulled from a warmer box and that should have been a red flagright away. It was a weird yellow color and look nothing like the picture. I took two bites and threw the rest away. I wound upleaving the restaurant and running down the street to McDonald's. We came only to use the last of a gift card and I am thankingmy lucky stars that is the last time we will be patronizing this business. Went to Boston Market today waited in parking lot for 25 minutes due to new years hours which is fine went in staff was friendly... got my meal for 4. went home chicken was extremely dry skin was literally hard and corn bread was burnt when I took a bite ofone found a rubber piece in corn bread that's horrible hopefully no one else got a piece like this.
