I went there originally a few weeks ago when I realized this location opened. By the time I got home to my 12 minute drive, I... realized I was given white meat instead of the dark meat that I ordered. I was going to throw it out, but decided that wasstupid so I called them and they replaced the meal but wasted a lot of time to go get the correct food. It actually was verygreasy and I've had better at other Browns facilities. I decided to go back one more time because it was new and to be fair Iwould give them another chance. I ordered a turkey bowl the second time and the girl taking my order was very helpful; howeverthe turkey was very dry and the dressing was just okay along with the potatoes. I didn't think it was worth the price I paid andcould do better going elsewhere, at least getting the turkey. The first trip I had made was for chicken specifically and somesides. Their prices also have gotten a little high. It's tiny little side of coleslaw which is probably less than 1 cup was$3.99 which I thought was a little pricey for such a little serving. First time back to Browns chicken in many years. Big mistake ! It took forever to get my order and other people were walking out... to go somewhere else . The ?person ?at the register was very rude and thought I needed to hear it explain their new gender .Nobody cares! Just smile and get me some chicken ! Stopped in during lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. Ordered 1/4 fried mushrooms and a 3 piece meal with white meat. The girl at... the drive-thru window was professional and cordial. Both the mushrooms and chicken were crunchy but not dry on the inside. I wasa bit disappointed that I didn't get a ranch dipping sauce for the mushrooms but honestly, I didn't even need it because theywere good without it. Read more
The chicken was not cooked completely it's supposed to be crisp . The thighs were soggy on the out side and and not cooked... properly on the inside. The chicken was not hot at all. 10 minute drive to get home and the food was cold. I watch for couponsand never had chi cken that bad. I will be calling corporate to complain about this. Read more
The food is pretty good, but its a fast food joint. Food for three people using their 3pc "specials" and sides came to nearly... 60 bucks. Chicagoland is pretty saturated with good chicken joints. I cannot recommend fast food for those prices. Its notlikely I'll return because of the variety of reasonably priced alternatives. Read more
It was amazing I'm visiting for work so I've been trying different things that I don't have back at home and this is probably... the best chicken I've had so far!! Amazing chicken, gizzard, and sauce selection. For those of you giving a low rating you needto update it or something because I'd give them another chance.
