Terrible experience, beef sandwiches were not the size advertised for the price, nor was the manager willing to do anything to... resolve the issue. We were told "we got our food what do we want", completely disrespectful to paying customers. Contacted mainoffice with no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB for false advertisement, they did not recieve a response & are not anaccredited business. This business does not care about its customers, we will never return. Oh dear Buona Beef, you do have some of the best fast food fare around. The beefs are delicious (I get sweet/hot/dipped), the... hotdogs, the burgers, fries and the fantastic rainbow ice cream cake roll. They also have daily specials and if you are on theapp you get perks. The people who work there are fantastic, and provide great service. They are efficient and keep therestaurant nice and tidy. Came here for a fundraiser for my church... I presented my coupon that designates that and the cashier took it to the manager... and I heard her very loudly say "Oh F#$@ we're not prepared" and something gave me a bad vibe so I just left.
