Terrible experience, beef sandwiches were not the size advertised for the price, nor was the manager willing to do anything to... resolve the issue. We were told "we got our food what do we want", completely disrespectful to paying customers. Contacted mainoffice with no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB for false advertisement, they did not recieve a response & are not anaccredited business. This business does not care about its customers, we will never return. Oh dear Buona Beef, you do have some of the best fast food fare around. The beefs are delicious (I get sweet/hot/dipped), the... hotdogs, the burgers, fries and the fantastic rainbow ice cream cake roll. They also have daily specials and if you are on theapp you get perks. The people who work there are fantastic, and provide great service. They are efficient and keep therestaurant nice and tidy. I love sitting on the side of the big windows. Be back soon! :) Read more
Came here for a fundraiser for my church... I presented my coupon that designates that and the cashier took it to the manager... and I heard her very loudly say "Oh F#$@ we're not prepared" and something gave me a bad vibe so I just left. I'll give 20 bucksto my church on my own instead of giving $20 to Buona for poorly seasoned over hyped & over priced Italian beef sandwiches forthem to give my church $2... Read more
It was supposed to be a FRESH dry 7? with cheese but they gave me an OLD dry 7? with NO cheese but yeah I?m too hungry not to... eat it but I just won?t be back lol. Read more

Much more upscale than a McD or BK, clean and modern, friendly staff. Self-serve drinks. Love the italian sausage. Dipped or... "baptized" - neither are traditional Chicago, aka, dripping. Just moist. Went for another visit - sausage and beef combo. Whathappened? The sausage was burned and the entire sandwich tasted like it was dunked in salt. Inedible. $15 for a sandwich, friesand a small drink - and could only eat the fries. You can see it in my photo. Sausage is black. Bottom of the bun was likerubber. Read more
I usually never write reviews but I?m disgusted by the food quality! Literally found a bug, dirt and to top it off my grilled... chicken was still pink in the middle. It seems like they don?t wash the lettuce at all. I?ve been going to this location for acouple of years now and I have never had a problem until now. Last few times I have noticed how little beef was actually on the sandwich, I called and explained but wasn't at all satisfied... with the response we received...last week ordered 2 beef sandwiches , one was fine, once again one had little beef , basicallyjust little scrap pieces of beef... delicious food but not consistent at all...very poor customer service Read more
