First of all, I was not having a good day. Whatever, I put my issues aside to get my family a little meal considering they?ve... been in the hospital for a very long time. I pull up to the drive thru, instantly the lady is so rude, and rushing me. Mmm ????I?m sorry ma?am there?s no other cars here or people inside.. whats with your speed this is not aldi. She gets my order, and I?mfine to pull up to the ?SECOND WINDOW? as she yelled. I get my order and realize it?s not right. What is with the mighty dandyspeed of getting my order in the system and charging me if you can?t even hear my correct order. So rude. Rushed me just to getcold food. They looked at me as if I was expecting free food. Um no. ???? just let me say my order correctly, and if repeatingthe order helps you then do that :)! Read more
It's no wonder this Burger King has such horrible ratings. I ordered online, says they close at 11pm for Friday. Show up at... 10:30ish and they decided to close early. Could still see employees inside. Why not change the hours or cut off ordering timesso you don't waste my time! What an embarrassment of an establishment. Read more

Went for lunch at 1PM FRIDAY 9/30. Was told they only had fish. WHAT!!!! 1PM on A Friday and you have no burgers or chicken.... 100% unacceptable. Read more
Never again. Drive thru is the slowest I have EVER experienced. Customer even had me back up so she could leave. Sign said... dine-in was open, but it wasn't. If my father didn't request this as a meal after his surgery I would've left. Terrible. 35minutes now..and I'm still waiting behind a few cars..when I got here I was the fifth car in line. Whatever employees that were working 7/5/22 at 10PM need to be fired. To be honest they could use a whole new management team.... Let's star with what just happened to me. I ordered multiple items 2 of the being the southwest Bacon Cheese burgers. Bothercame with NO bacon. You really don't deserve a job if you can't put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. Now this wouldn't have beenas bad as it is if it were corrected. I went back I don't live far and was back before around 10:25 and they were hidingsomewhere and refused to answer the microphone or window. I was there for almost 20 minutes knocking at the window and theyrefused to answer. As far as the management they are ALWAYS out of multiple items. They never have the spicy chicking. Absolutely the worst. They were out of shakes. I guess that makes sense that that could happen sometimes. They were out of... several kinds of soda. That ... is hard to understand. The soda syrup is good for quite a while. I don't understand how you runout of that. They put fries in the bag instead of onion rings. I didn't check, or I'd have noticed. I feel like that's a prettyclear distinction at a place that has those two options. You know, kind of a thing to be keeping aware of. They also made awhopper incorrectly. I ... don't even know how that happens. That's their "signature" thing. How do you make your mainadvertised burger ... wrong? And it took a fair bit longer than it would seem like it should have. So as a result, literally nopart of the order is what it was supposed to be going in, either because they made it wrong, put the wrong item in the bag, orwere just out of something they shouldn't have been out of. Oh, and all the items in the order were cold. Everything. So itdidn't take a long time because they were cooking the food. Other reviews make it seem like this is the normal operatingbehavior for this store. Burger King is my go to quick lunch place! This one was on my way to a job I was working and was convenient to stop on my way... into work! The service is acceptable and the place seemed pretty clean. The food was fresh and hot as expected. Read more
