The employees at this location are the worst. Don't bother ordering online or through the app. They'll have you sit there for 30... min past your pickup time while they fill walk-in orders and give you attitude if you ask them to fill it. I ordered though the app for lunch and ordered a burrito bowl and I was given the smallest portion of food. Usually they fill... you up on rice well I barley had any. I ordered veggies and boy did they fill me up on them and the red hot sauce. I was able tomove the crumb of food they gave me and all to one side and half the bowl had food the rest was stained from the red sauce theydrenched the veggies. Read more
This is the second time this has happened to me at this location unfortunately. I DoorDashed this so I could not physically... watch the food being made. With that being said, I ordered double chicken, and from the looks of it both times I received MAYBEone half serving of chicken. This is one ladle spoons worth. It it $3.55 extra to order extra chicken. On top of ordering extrachicken and receiving less than a normal portion, I have dietary needs in mind that need to be met when I order double. I liketo give the benefit of doubt to people, but this has happened twice now with the same result. I would never order from thislocation unless you can physically watch them make your food. Terrible customer service. They were short on a bunch of ingredients. Beans were being scooped as if there?s nothing left.... Everything was poured into the bowl as if they had to save some for the next costumer. When I asked them to add more theycharged me double for the items. Definitely not worth the 20 bucks I paid for a bowl that usually costs 11 for the same amountof ingredients. Haven?t tried the food yet but the service was horrible! I came in no line cool right? Wrong I was asked to wait while she wiped... down the counter for no joke timed it 5 minutes then after making my order there was a line she packs my order and then walksaway I?m like ?okay I guess someone else will cash me out ?(to myself) after another 5 minutes I ask who will be checking me outshe responds I will I am just helping this customer - why wouldn?t you just check me out first instead of my food getting soggydo better maybe don?t smoke before your next shift Read more
This location is horrible and careless. I order online for convenience and always end up with something I didn?t want. They also... dont pick up the phone either which doesn?t help. Tonight my husband wanted tacos which the receipt clearly shows what weordered but once we got home we saw it was a bowl. It?s pretty hard to mess up a simple taco order. Do better chipotle. First off the girl who was taking mine and my mom's order behind the counter was not very people friendly and she didn't seem... like she wanted to help us with figuring out what to get since we had never eaten at a Chipotle Mexican Grill before and we werelost. The entire staff should be fired. I waited 10 minutes with no one in front of me before they addressed me. Staff was not busy... and did not want to work. Finally, when they addressed me and took my order, they did not have the ingredients ready to executethe order. They fumbled through the order and could not wrap a burrito. Additionally, the staff hit on the girl behind me, whichmade her clearly uncomfortable. They had no respect for customers, no sense of urgency and absolutely no respect for theChipotle brand.
